Rob and the team at Canetta's are fantastic. I recently had two vehicles for my business serviced at their shop for various things and they went above and beyond to deliver great service. We will be using them for any repair and servicing needs going forward. Honest, helpful and easy to work with - highly recommend!

I can't appreciate the friendly and timely service enough. Rob, Mary, their plants, the guys out back jamming it out! The total of maybe a half hour I spent there between ordering a tail light and getting it replaced was maybe 30 minutes. There's obviously a reason they've been in business as long as they have! Excellent service all the way around!

If you need a great place to have your car serviced, this is the placed. Rob (owner) has the experience and knowledge based on years of great service. Rob is customer focused and has your best interest at heart. The garage bays are the cleanest I have ever seen. I highly recommend them, honest and trustworthy.

I had my 2016 dodge caravan in for some body work they were extremely professional, amazing craftsmanship, and made my car like new no hassle and no stress I will recommend them to anyone who needs work done on there car

When I came to Canetta's this morning, without an appointment, Rob immediately diagnosed the issue on my car and Justin concurred. Justin buffed out the area in 5 minutes and it looks like new again! Another body shop planned to do other work that was not necessary. So grateful to Rob & Justin!

If you have body work needed, this is the first place you should go. Rob was busy at the time, stopped what he was doing to looking at the job, and we came up with a plan together. His team turned the job around within hours. You could not tell that the vehicle was in a fender bender. I will never go anywhere else.

Rob took fantastic care of my gti, matched the paint perfectly and loaned me a rental at no cost. Couldn't be happier with my experience! Would recommend to anyone!

5 Stars is definitely not enough to convey the level of care and customer service you will find at Canetta's. Rob is truly amazing and the model for a small business owner. I drove through a paint spill and then subsequently backed into pole when trying to back out of a car wash who could not help me with the paint.

Rob was not only empathetic but above and beyond accommodating in scheduling to get the rest of the paint off the car, tires and wheel wells as well as repairing the dent and insuring all my sensors and warning systems were functioning.

He and his staff do top notch work and you know from the moment you walk in the shop that you will be well taken care of.

I had what I thought was a transmission leak. Called around to several places big and small, and nobody could take me earlier than 10 days from now. Called Canetta's on the recommendation of a relative. Not only was he able to see me right away to check on the leak, but he also had a loaner available to give me so that I could get back to work. Dropped it off at lunch time literally was in the place 2 minutes and back to work.
He called me later in the day and told me that it was not a transmission fluid leak, but a power steering fluid leak. Saved me a ton of money, as well as peace of mind. Had my car back by the end of the next day. Cannot say enough good stuff about this operation. Rob was personable and professional, as was the mechanical staff, who took the time to show me several things about my vehicle to check on it. Definitely a five-star operation!!

i got into a car accident in april of this year. i originally took my car to north side collision and after a week and a half, we called and they said they wouldn’t be able to get the car even in the shop for 2-3 months. horrified, we called Canetta's and they got us in the shop within a week. after two months of repairs they completed took care of EVERYTHING. the body work, a battery replacement, even an oil change on top of it all. throughout the process we were constantly getting updates. incredible customer service and incredible work. 11/10 and i would bring my car there anytime. they seriously saved us so much headache!

These people run an honest, competent business and did only what was necessary to fix my cars paint work. I highly recommend Canetta's Collision. You will not be disappointed.

Highly recommend! Canetta's is extremely friendly and straight forward when addressing the problem. They gave me a great price for the work I needed done and saved me almost $2,000 than what Other car places were charging me. I couldn't have asked for better service. I will continue to give them my service and I am highly pleased.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I can’t say enough incredible things about Canetta’s. This is truly the only place to go if you need help with your car. I had a horrible experience with another company and a friend referred me to Rob Canetta. Thank God they did because as soon as I stepped into his shop he was a breath of fresh air. He was so communicative and made sure I was not in the dark about anything with my car. At other places I had to call for updates, but not here. I got a call from Rob every week with an update on my backordered parts or their progress. Before I was a customer I called for his professional advice, and he sat on the phone with me over the course of weeks and walked me through everything. He is honest, kind, knowledgeable and I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Rob for being the only light to come out of my car disaster, you are truly 1 in a million.

I am a long time customer of Canetta's. Around 15 yrs to be exact. Someone recommended them to me and I have to say I am a happy customer. I am taking the time to write a review because I value so many attributes I find in this organization. Some of the qualities that are outstanding are great service, reasonable pricing, timely repairs, experienced staff, integrity, friendly and helpful interactions.
Let me list a couple of experiences but with 15 yrs this is only a sample. I was out of town in Florida and while away I decided to leave my car for the week so some much needed repairs could be completed. After reviewing my car ,the age etc , the mechanic suggested over the phone ( I'm in Florida) I skip one of the repairs which was costly. I was willing to pay but they suggested otherwise. Here i was in a vulnerable situation out of town but because of the integrity that is so inherit in this business I was not taken advantage of.
Recently my car got hit by a deer jetting out from the woods causing damage to the passengers front side. My insurance co. wanted to settle for less but this great man who own the business would not settle for less than was fair. So he went the extra mile and I received additional monies. Needless to say I felt very well taken care of
I can not say enough about this place, right down to the transportation to and from the business when repairs are being made. Loaner car when available. The owner certainly reflects the quality throughout the entire business.

Some of best customer service of any business I’ve ever been to. I’ve dealt with them 4-5 times and I can’t say enough good things. After someone hit our car running a red light Rob was much more helpful than my insurance in walking me through the process. I wouldn’t want give my money to anyone else. Genuinely honest and helpful folks.

I have been bringing my cars to Canetta's for the past 5+ years for routine maintenance, annual NYS inspection, and repairs (body & mechanical.) Rob and Justin have taken the time to explain the work that needs to be done (using posters on the wall for reference). I have received comprehensive explanations components of the brakes, various tread options for tires, etc.

When the dealership approximately 2 miles away has given me a laundry list of parts to replace, I have taken the same car (within days) to Canetta's for a second opinion. I have never regretted following Canetta's recommendations. Furthermore, when I have traded in my cars, I have been told they are impeccably maintained.

At Canetta's, the staff is prompt, friendly, and honest. I have also had my vehicles detailed here, and am happy with that service as well.Loaner cars are available if requested when you schedule your appointment.

Based on my experiences, and that of my family, I would not expect Canetta's to take advantage of customers who are young or have limited automotive knowledge. I am confident that I get the appropriate service at a fair price ... without unnecessary services thrown in.

I plan to continue supporting this business, and I recommend it for maintenance, repairs, and detailing to anyone in the Syracuse area.
