Our service man of 47 years recently retired. We were looking for a new garage close to home. Pat’s fits the bill nicely as I can even walk from there if necessary.
I had my car inspected at Pat’s for the first time on Friday June10th. The service man was efficient and the inspection was done in a matter of a few minutes. I was happy all the way around with my experience. Both myself and my husband will return for service.

I took my car because the battery and brake light was on, it turned out to be a bit more of the problem that thanks to pat’s automotive they solved it and with a service of class and quality. I am very happy with the treatment and service and this will definitely be my car's new home for services. very happy, grateful and blessed to have them. I definitely and without a doubt recommend them 200%.

Found the garage from a photo inspection for insurance. Covid times are a bit more trying for all of us. But Pat made it simple, easy, and safe. He was kind and professional and made sure to check on how the inspection could be done so I felt safe and secure.

Recently, I slid on some black ice and slammed my tire into a curb. Pat explained the damage clearly, and further quoted out all the other possible problems that the accident might have caused. He then worked to get my vehicle fixed at the cheapest possible cost.
Not only did he lay out the minimum necessary work but also clearly explained what he would do if it were his car. I went with his recommendation and my car drives better than before the accident.

I’m so thankful to have Pat’s down the street! Top notch service and can be easily reached regarding service. A great example: I had been hearing a noise underneath my car that sounded like an airplane taking off. I don’t know anything about cars, the noise was getting worse and I’m thinking the worse. I took a chance and stopped at Pat’s on my way home from work. I’m glad I did because Pat drove with me around the block, knew exactly what the issue was, kept my car overnight and I had my car back the next day when I got out of work. Moral of the story is he wasted no time to diagnose and identify a problem and gets you back your car as soon as possible. I don't always leave reviews, but when this level of professional service is given, a great review is well earned.

Just talked to another of Pats customers while I was there. We both agreed that Pats Auto does qualify work and you can trust them in what they say and that your car will be prepared right and will be safe to drive.

During the last year we have had both of our cars serviced at Pat’s Automotive. We have been very satisfied. Work is well done and Pat explains what is needed very thoroughly. I drove in one day because my car was making a bumping noise. Pat looked at it that afternoon. He found a screw wedged sideways in my tire. Pat took the time to show me where he found it and how it could have been much worse. We will definitely keep going back to this establishment.

Pat’s Automotive was the only place that would look at our car over the holiday weekend. On top of that, they were able to identify the problem and repair our car within one day. Pat and his team were knowledgeable, personable and fair. We will go to them again and highly recommend them to others.

Pat's Automotive is a community treasure. If you have never been to an honest automotive repair shop, I encourage you to go to Pat's. I have heard Pat talk people out of unnecessary repairs, and when a repair is necessary, I have heard Pat explain the "why" in great detail at a level most of us can understand. Whether you need an oil change or an engine change, Pat's Automotive is the place to bring all your cars/trucks.

The mechanic Justin is a down to earth trustworthy mechanic thats not looking to cut corners and rob you. You dont see much of that lately. I highly recommend Pats automotive shop.

Terrific experience, would highly recommend to anybody needing their vehicle service. The staff is friendly and honest, willing to help out in any way they can. They charge you for just the parts and labor, and don't try to overcharge you. Also fixed my coolant system much sooner than I anticipated, and I see myself returning here for my servicing needs down the road.

Great customer service, they've never overcharged me for the stuff I can't do myself. That alone makes them worthy of five stars. Honest mechanics are few and far between, that's why when you find one, you keep track of them!! #CoolDadApproved!!

This business fixed the issue he was having with his vehicle in a timely manner. He said they treat him fairly and they do a good job. He is happy with the service they provide.
