Great place to spend time with friends and family. Fishing isn’t too bad.

Awesome park on post. So many playgrounds, a dog park with agility obstacles, a beach with a water slide, camping and fishing. So much to do and it’s pretty big.

Officiated a wedding at Oates Overview recreational facility. Great natural light, lovely pine walls and ceiling.

Beautiful peaceful place to go kayaking. All around nice park. Perfect place for family picnics or even large group picnics. Has small beach and plenty of docks for fishing.

Great for pcs. The cabins are great. The pond is stocked. Has a dog park, and building to host events.

Great location to relax. Wish it was a dog friendly location (besides the fenced in dog park) I would have loved to bring my dogs in the water but other then that great location for a family day or BBQ. Come fish, kayak, canoe, paddle board, or swim.

There is so much to do in this area. You can camp with a tent or set your camper. There is places for cookouts & pavilions for outside parties. We passed by a dog park that was also next to a playground; I think we drove by at least 3 different play areas.
People were fishing & swimming, as well as setting up their boats.
We ended up going hiking. They have many trails & each one was scenic. Absolutely gorgeous & reminded us of our hometown.

Beautiful and peaceful place to relax and enjoy being outdoor by a nice lake. The playground is a plus for kids as well.

Plenty of places for kids to run around. The playground next to the dog park has a variety of things to climb.

Really nice park. They have a couple of play grounds for the kids and some beautiful areas for fall pictures. Well maintained. They have cabins to rent and RV spots with full hook up and also tent camping. Friendly staff.

Great bass fishing. Use watermelon red and black with blue flake sincos. Rig up weightless weedless Texas rig and you will slay the cove near the beaks and bridge

Love the place. My daughter enjoy the water and the park.

Clean, spacious, kid friendly playground. Big enough for multiple families. Even the "big kids" (adults) had fun. Very impressed.

It's alright for fishing. Nothing too exciting.

The beach was really clean, with a lifeguard on duty. So many walking trails. The playground was really nice for the kids.

Calm. Serene. Not crowded. Huge playground with dock overlooking lake in which to fish.

Beautiful environment and offers a variety of outdoor activities. Fishing, camping, RV sites, playgrounds, hiking, cabins, Pavillions. It offers everything you need.

Great bio diversity, we'll maintained trails. Good for PT or just walking
