The customer service representative Lisa that assisted me today was outstanding.

Excellent service! Very personal. My husband and I have used Sheila and Ron's UPS store service for our mail and tons of packages for the past 5+ years.

We couldn't have run our businesses from out of the country so confidently without the very professional, helpful and FRIENDLY service that we always receive from these people. That's why we keep coming back! If we didn't get good and reliable service, we'd go elsewhere.

We've never had a lost package. We've never had rude service. The prices are set so you know what to expect. It's not a charity, it's a business! If you are receiving an extra service, there's a charge for that. If you aren't sure about the cost then definitely ask, don't just assume that it's free.

I highly recommend the UPS store in Evans Mills and have done so for close friends who now also use their excellent service.

Had a mailbox for 3 years here while stationed at Drum. Never messed up a single delivery. Not once. And they accept everything unlike the post office. It's a game changer. Definitely more expensive than a PO Box but well worth it in my opinion. And it certainly beats having the barracks lose your mail. I've shipped out of there once or twice as well with no issue.

Laurie was amazing- needed a document notarized and she could not have been more helpful and sweet. Great service, very fast, patient, and efficient!

I've had a PO box at this UPS store for the past 5 years. Extremely professional and courteous staff. They have been very helpful in their notifications and communicate clearly through email, text and phone. I have never had any issues with my mail and packages, and I highly recommend them for Canadian customers who require a PO box across the border.

The people there are fantastic!! They were extremely helpful...they gave us extra padding to ensure the item was secure. They offered and gave us a discount. They were very,very friendly folks...they even recommended a few places to eat as we are from Canada and didn't know the area very well.

I cannot express how grateful I am that I ended up using this UPS store to ship an item out. I have been using the local USPS store (they are not helpful and are extremely rude) and will now continue to take my business to this UPS store! I was dreading going to do this today, but when I walked in, they were EXTREMELY helpful and SOO nice and I walked out with a smile on my face!! I went in and didn't have to do a thing! They got to work and were so friendly! Cannot express enough how happy I am! Over a simple thing!

Hey there…I was in the other day and heard that you are retiring! Too bad for us! I have always enjoyed dealing with both of you whenever we come to get our stuff at the store. Even though I only see you intermittently, your great customer service has been #1. (I told the new manager just that.)
I will miss being greeted by my first name as I come into the store.
Coming from Canada, and being closed Sunday, presented a (selfish) problem for me sometimes, BUT I really admire your keeping the store closed on the Lord’s day. Putting your money where your mouth is” is rare and admirable.

I am a Canadian resident who has used the services of the Evans Mills U P S store for many years. It has always been a excellent experience as the staff are helpful and just real nice people. I would recommend them to my colleagues on both sides of the border. I will most definitely return
to this U P S in the future.

Went in there to deposit a check to my USAA account, took a few times to run the check through the machine but the staff was kind and friendly and attended to my needs perfectly. I will be using this store again and again for all my deposits and future Christmas package sending! Thanks!
The location is right out the main gate for Fort Drum. Very convenient !

I had items damaged during the delivery process. I got to play phone tag with UPS corporate for two weeks. One phone call to these guys who packaged my items and they made the claim process happen through corporate for me. Very Pleased

Good client service. Canadian customers like us are welcome and well served. They offer great cooperation and are very concerned about us. We appreciate that store and we do recommand the place.

They have been receiving parcels for me for a few years now.
They know my name when I walk in
I get emails when my parcels arrive.
The people are friendly and easy to deal with.

This is a wonderful business, with wonderful people.
Years later and I still use UPS Stores because of the excellent experience I had in THIS store.

Great place. Great people that work there. I highly encourage anybody that need a mailbox or just need to send stuff, stop by here and check them out. Their prices are high but totally worth it due to customer care.

This is the best UPS store I’ve ever been too!! Everything about it is great!! Friendly and professional staff get you in and out quickly and the store is very clean and peaceful. Highly recommend!!

The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. It is so easy to ship packages from their location. Tons of parking, easy to get there & you do not have to fight traffic.

Amazing customer service! They will also ship your postal, DHL and FedEx parcels free of charge! Won’t be dealing with the hassle of the post office anymore!!
