John, our salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable and also stayed after hours on a Sunday to finish writing up our sale of a new sectional. We appreciate that very much, especially having a toddler in tow and limited availability to get to the store. Our delivery with Adam and Alex was extremely smooth, they were kind, professional and left no mess behind. Great experience from start to finish. Thank you!

After looking for a new mattress and bed for our spare room at 3 different stores around Syracuse we remembered that China Towne always had a nice selection, so I went over on Thursday before Christmas and was greeted by Melissa at the door and she gave me the grand tour of all the mattress and box springs and frames , she guided me into a nice power platform and new mattress that was in the clearance area due to being an older model.
She put a package price together and the best part had it delivered to our house the very next day!, she was a pleasure to work with and China Towne went above and beyond getting it delivered to me so very fast before Christmas!
The family is happy that they don’t have to sleep on a blow up mattress!
The delivery guys were ahead of schedule and were fast and detailed!
Will definitely be shopping there again in the near future!
We found a nice head board that will work for us as well.

My family and I bought our very first bedroom set and furniture from China Towne! I have never forgotten how kind and welcoming Jay, the owner was when we bought it, as it was a monumental purchase for our family. The furniture store offers a diverse range of stylish and functional pieces. Quality craftsmanship is evident in their products, and the staff provides helpful assistance. However, prices are on the higher side. Overall, a good choice for those seeking affordable and well-crafted furniture.

Our sales consultant, Katie was knowledgeable, not even an ounce pushy and just a joy to work with. We went in to browse bedroom sets and left feeling very confident in our purchase. The clearance floor model portion of the purchase is already in and the bed from the catalog is shipping later, but our bedroom already looks upgraded. We can’t wait to work with Katie again as we go room to room working to upgrade our spaces.

I was looking for a new mattress and found one online at China Town. They offered a txt feature on their website so I did, Friday evening after 7pm. I figured I'd get an AI response. Not at all! Corey answered me almost immediately & we arraigned we'd talk in the morning. We did! We finished the transaction with my credit card number & my husband, son & drove to the store & had the mattress loaded in 15 minutes. Chinatown has always been a great store. Thank you for making this easy!!

After immediately being greeted at the door we explained the type of chair we were looking for. Our very knowledgeable and pleasant host brought us directly to exactly the perfect chair! It was the most efficient and enjoyable experience we’ve ever had buying a piece of furniture. We’re definitely going to China Town for all our future furniture purchases.

I recently brought dining and bedroom furniture. Our Salesman John B was amazing !!!. He took us around the store showing us a variety of dining and bedroom furniture. His customer service is one of a kind. He is very knowledgeable, approachable and made the process very easy.

Adam and Josh delivered our furniture today. They were very courteous, friendly and professional. Both Adam and Josh took their time with setting up our dining table/chairs and made sure everything was completed. Overall, I had a great experience with China Towne Furniture and Mattress and highly recommend John B.

John was very helpful helping us pick out a nice couch within our budget. Everyone who
Works there was super nice and made sure we were comfortable and being taken care of. They also offer free refreshments while you’re shopping!

I went to the store today and worked with Katie and had a really great experience. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. She answered any questions we had and really took the time to make sure we were happy with everything. Overall a really great experience. Katie is the best!!!

Salesperson was Tricia Karn. She was wonderful. She was patient, pleasant, & answered our questions, and if she didn’t know an answer, she made sure to find out the answer. Great experience.

Just received my new sleeper sofa and ottoman! It’s as beautiful as I remember when I ordered it. James and Josh did a great job delivering; they were fast, friendly and considerate. They are the kind of guys you want on your team!

Went shopping for a new recliner for my mother on 12.16.23 and had the pleasure of working with Katie (and Corey who was training).
Absolute pleasure. Did not feel rushed even with them ready to start their holiday party! Katie was incredibly attentive and helpful listening as I sat in every chair laughing and discussing what I needed for my mothers small living room. Understanding the size constraints but also listening when I described what she needed health wise and a woman of a certain age that needed to have the ability to lift her legs high without laying down.
Delivery was a dream one week later. Arrived and fully set up within less than ten minutes. Absolutely wonderful experience.

We had a wonderful experience this afternoon with design consultant Katie H. She assisted us with finding what we were looking for while giving us space to look around and choose our new living room furniture. Can’t say enough good things about Katie! Thank you for helping us!!
