Hamilton Homes did such an excellent job from start to finish for my grandfathers funeral on 1/19/24. They are so kind, understanding, and go above and beyond. No matter your own personal expertise of planning a funeral for a loved one… they will meet you where your needs are & explain things thoroughly. It has been over 10 years since I’ve been involved planning a funeral. A lot has changed in all the right ways! They helped us put a 10 minute photo presentation together that was displayed during the visitation of various parts of his life (family, military, etc). They even made us pre-made thank you cards with my grandpas photo on it with a beautiful thank you message inside. Thank you for all your help during this difficult time ❤

My family and I had a great experience working with Katy...as good as an experience you can have when dealing with a family death. I'm in mortuary school in Illinois and I honestly and genuinely can say that she's the kind of funeral director I strive to be.

Every step of the way she was compassionate and thorough. She encouraged personalization every step fo the way, from the memorial folders, to photos, a personalized playlist, etc. We just truly, truly, felt taken care of.

Also, the total contract price for the services was quite reasonable.

this funeral home is impeccably clean, classy, styled very well right down to every little accoutrement even in the bathroom soaps lotions high-quality paper towels! Beverage and snacks service for our guests & quality printing for the programs were fantastic and her entire staff has an attitude of helpfulness and willing to assist in anything you need not to mention friendly.

she offered clear communication and helpful suggestions in writing an obituary I couldn’t imagine trying to navigate through the death and funeral of a loved one without Katy … Thankyou
