Went in for surgery on Jan 5 of this year with Dr Nelson- his team was amazing and so caring- took the time to explain everything to me and my family and made us all laugh and feel so comfortable! The surgery Dept at the clinic is phenomenal!

Wish I could remember the Doctors name that looked at my breast ultrasound for 2 mins and told me it wasn't his department and was SUPER RUDE. He let me know it wasn't cancer, but the entire appt lasted maybe 15 minutes MAX. I left ready to cry how bad his bedside manner was. Well, to top it off, I just got the $700 bill. I am sooo disappointed in this place all the way around.

I spent 6 hours in the ER in the wee hours of Christmas morning and have never had a worse experience in my life! I was pretty much the only patient there and I still could not receive quality care. The nurse was terribly slow and I was in a tremendous amount of pain. The Dr. (Bostrom) had no bedside manner and spent little to no time explaining anything and he even ended up ordering tests for me that were for supposed to be for another patient (on 2 occasions)! The doctor asked me if I wanted to be admitted and I looked at him and said, “should I be admitted? Is this that serious? You tell me, you are supposed to be the doctor.” My husband then asked, “if she goes home, is she gonna die?” Dr.’s response, “um, no, I don’t think so?” Also, they left my stool sample sitting on the counter in my room for 3-4 hours before I asked if they were going to send it to the lab. I’m not a medical professional, but I know those tests can be time sensitive and to leave there on the counter all that time? There has to be some protocol about that. The only saving grace was the woman who took my CT scan and the nurses who came on at the shift change... they were all wonderful.

I've had awful experiences here. I will admit that I'm from the cities where decent doctors and good health care are easy to find, so maybe my expectations are too high for this small town facility. First of all, don't even bother coming here for their "same day" clinic - save your co-pay because the hand full of times I've been seen by a "doctor" (nurse practitioner), the treatment has been "wait and see if it gets worse, then come back." I kid you not, this is what they say EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. On another occasion, I brought my daughter in to be seen by Dr. Donner and he misdiagnosed her with something that she had absolutely no symptoms of having. She had a pretty serious condition and a pediatrician correctly diagnosed her and treated her, but it upsets me that she had to suffer longer from a misdiagnosis. If you have something more serious than a stubbed toe going on, head to Cambridge or another more reputable facility - in the long run, it will save you time, money, and lots of frustration.

Doctor told us to just go into urgent care to get ct scan so went to pine city. They told us with my wife's medical condition that they couldn't do it but wanted to do triage then send her over to Mora where they would do triage again so they just wanted money. So we went over to Mora where they did triage then we sat in lobby for over 3 hours while people walked in after us and were taken in while we sat there. I could understand if someone came by ambulance but these people just walked in and there was no reason for them to go in before us.

I went in due to a cough and sore throat I've been having for weeks. While getting my vitals they said my blood pressure was high. They only tested me for strep throat and that came back negative. When the doctor came in he told me to go home and take tylenol. Even after me expressing my pain as a "6 and rising." And that over the counter medications weren't working. Horrible.

I came in with pain levels of over "10".
I was brought back right away but have been in a room for over and hour. My pain is getting worse, I'm sweating like crazy, having the chills.
I paged the nurse & asked for pain meds, the nurse said she's relay the message to my nurse.
I haven't seen her since.
Worst experience yet. All i want is my pain to go away.

I tried to get some documentation of my payment history and I was told they could only fax it or mail it. I opted for fax and never received the fax. I followed up a few days later and I was then told to call back in a "couple of days" to check whether it was sent as they would be giving it a second try. Why would I opt for fax, if it's going to take as long as mail? You have to be really incompetent as an organization to struggle with something as simple as sending a customer's their paperwork. I paid over 20k to have a c-section here, if you cannot do something as simple as forward medical records, how do you expect people to trust you with their health?

My wife keeps getting the run around at this place. She has arthritis in her back and a bulged disc. They wont do anything to help with the pain at all. They are the ones that did the mri on her back and found the problems. She had an appointment today to get an injection in her back but the doctor said oh its not that bad so turned her away but will probably still get charged the full bill for it. She has now lost her job do to all the pain and not being able to do her job! I would strongly suggest going to a different hospital.

Don't bother wasting your time here. I was advised by a snarky millenial LPN by the name of Nicole to return a medication to a pharmacy that i got it from, the reason being it was the wrong medication called in by a new nurse. I called first light when the pharmacy let me know they could not honor a return. Nicole accused me of "lying" and tried to step back her words from our earlier conversation when she suggested i speak with my pharmacy about a refund. She constitutes the flagship of being unprofessional and in my opinion has zero business accumen and should NOT even shine shoes in the Medical profession. Due to her abrasive and generally poor demeanor, I will be choosing another health provider. Also, the medication was an over the counter nasal spray for allergies, and I (customer and patient) had to pay 4 times the amount because I assumed the correct med had been called in. Shame on me for trying to get my money back, that will certainly teach me a lesson.Nicole, you're an embarrassment to the medical profession and I attribute that to your poor training. I have an admiration for my provider Dr. Schultz, my health had benefitted greatly because of his knowlege and compassion, however, dealing with this bushleague staff member makes it an easy decision to never return.

Every time I come or come with someone there rude and impatient with their patients and always cut in before you can explain what's going on with DRINK MORE WATER, tbh worse and worse everytime I come, one time when we were here they left me,my fiancé, and her niece in a room full of all medical supplies with a mentally struggling teenager...

Worst hospital I’ve ever been to. Just really rude, and never been treated with such disrespect. This hospital shouldn’t even exist. Hope nobody brings any sick family’s members here they have no care in the world, some self centered teenagers 😂😂
