Great spot weekdays and weekends.
If your planning on going for breakfast on the weekend, be sure to get in early.
Fresh food and friendly staff with a great variety of dishes and plenty of parking on the Main st.

Love this restaurant! It's actually now 'Diana's', but have been going since it first opened as Pauli's, years ago! The best breakfast and you get a lot! Love that they serve Mimosas😋!! Atmosphere is great and waitresses are awesome!! I have to say, Julie Bisson is an exceptional waitress!!

My wife and I went to Paulie's again today for our second time in 2 weeks. The meal was amazing and the prices are great for the amount of food you get.
Had Linda for our waitress. After we told her how great the food and service was, she told us she had some bad reviews. We found her to be funny, have a dry wit, and very friendly. Both waitresses are hard working people and deserve respect and politeness. They not only serve you, they clean up after you and sometimes work in the kitchen to keep the restaurant going. You get what you give. If the place is busy, be patient and you will be happy you waited.
This has easily become our favorite place for breakfast.

We completely enjoyed our breakfast at Pauli’s. The best loaded omelet ever. Also a special that day was the German Chocolate pancakes which I had never heard of anywhere. They were amazing. Our server Sarah just made it a very pleasurable experience. The owner was very friendly and mingled in the crowd.

Service was amazing. No wait to be seated. Awesome food! They surprised my son with a bunny pancake that was just so cute and special. It was a really great experience. If we ever are in town again, this def where we will be getting breakfast! I would recommend to anybody!

I. LOVE. PAULI'S!

I start my day the Pauli's way 2 to 3 times a week. Their coffee is hot, marvelous and quickly refilled. Their homemade breads are to DIE for! (Although I love the sourdough, which is made on site, but is the only one not made from scratch.) Their weekend specials really are special, but it's the staff that makes this place a rocking success.

They are wonderful, always remembering my order and making me feel right at home. The atmosphere is small-town comfortable, where if you stay long enough, you'll know half the people that walk in. I think that's the real pull of Pauli's, that you'll feel at home while enjoying the close comfort of the place. Weekend's are busy so go early or be prepared for a short wait. They are so good at what they do, the wait is worth it!

I prefer the counter, where I've met some wonderful folks, but a table in the front window's sun on a cold winter day is also the absolute best.

Make sure to stop in and visit while you are in town!

The food was amazing and the employees are so friendly. Would be sad to see a great place close. Om you get homemade bread as well you don't leave hungry. Lol my grandchildren ended up bringing home a doggy bag lol. Just love this place, wish I had known about it sooner.

I was pleasantly surprised. I drive by Pauli's every Saturday and Sunday but have never stopped, until today. The bread and hash are homemade and very good. The omelet I had was really good. Unlike a lot of places in the area the eggs for the omelet are a little fluffy. Which I prefer. Overall I had a great breakfast.

I've been to a lot of diners around New England in the 10 years I've lived here-- this is one of the best if not No. 1!!! Best wait staff who knows exactly what you want and like to joke with you. True diner in that you can order anything even if it's not prepared that way on the menu. And they bake their own bread and pastries. Cheap cheap cheap!!! Make sure you ask for Linda--she's the best!

My friend and I were in town for a women’s retreat and thought we would explore the town and grab a quick bite before our drive back to Boston. We were greeted by an incredibly friendly staff and food was fresh and made to order. The pancakes were fluffy and all beef kielbasa was delicious! Our waitress Anna was new but very attentive and accomidatng. We even got a visit from both owners husband and wife who took a minute to chat with us and tell us a little about how they acquired the restaurant. I so appreciated the mom & pop feel of the place and if I ever find myself in Tilton again I will definitely be stopping by!

We stopped in for breakfast around 9:30am on a Sunday. We had a short wait to be seated, about 10 minutes. When finally seated, the service was a bit slow. It looked like everyone was recently seated, and the kitchen was slammed. The food arrived hot and as ordered. I asked for the western omelet and it was delicious. The servers were very attentive, and welcoming. I'm pretty certain the delay was in the kitchen, not on the floor.

One of the best breakfast places I've been to. Food was delicious and staff was great! I had one of their 3 egg omelettes, it was big and fluffy, hand cut home fries, that were better than any others I've had, and their excellent home made 🍞. I'll definitely be visiting again

Today... outstanding pumpkin bread waffles with strawberries and the homemade rye toast just as good. This is now on our foodie stop when in the area! Appreciate the friendly staff and okay with a bit of a wait for food. After all, this isn't a fast food stop.

The food and service could not have been better! Pay the extra $1.50 for the real maple syrup it’s so worth it! Food was fabulous! Waitress made me feel right at home. First time there but I will make the trip to go again.

As a local, this is my favorite breakfast spot. It's usually crowded with a wait to get in the door but it's worth it. Everything is fresh and made to order. Their bread is made in-house (I recommend the dark rye) as is their hollandaise sauce and pie. Worth a stop. I recommend it all! Just remember they're cash only!
