Working with Eric has been the easiest ever. Very knowledgeable of not only this company but over all knows Storages like the back of his hand. When a problem came up with a locker combo he was on it immediately. Very hard working n I know working with his new manager I'd be in good hands as well. KO Storage has great people working for them! When I call today to fix a billing problem on my end. She was great, understanding, willing to help, and got what needed to get done quick. So I personally want to tell you thank-you!

My costumer service experience was excellent. I had a phone call in minutes of emailing SROA of my issues and resolved promptly. The people are were friendly and seemed eager to help.

Late Friday, right before closing Desirae gave us a call back from a message I had left for them. I didn't expect a call back until the next day. She was patient, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Never felt rushed. Took the time to answer every question and set us up. Thank you, again.

We were very satisfied with the storage facility at the Waite Park, Mn location. Convenient access, secure and property was well maintained. Would recommend KO Storage for those reasons along with being competitively priced.

i've known the owner and his wife over 20 yrs And they are without a doubt the most honest and kind people I've known I have only good memories of the whole family. love them all . I moved from st. cloud in 2005 a couple hundred mile away but after the virus let up thinking of going back, so doug don't you all get that so i can see you

Looking to move to the area very soon so I called and spoke to the call center and they were absolutely wonderful! So helpful. I would recommend them to everyone. Fantastic service!!!

Great! The owner and his wife are very nice. I've have know him for over 30 years he was nice then and reasonable and still the same comical person today.
