I am so pleased with York furniture Gallery. The furniture they had on their showroom was American made, high quality, beautiful, and reasonably priced. I was treated very well without any pressure and all my questions were immediately answered.

I have been shopping for a loveseat sleeper sofa since before Christmas. Today I found the best quality sofa for a great price at York Furniture Gallery. Larry was very helpful and pleasant to work with. He was able to get an extra $100 off too.

We recently had our couch delivered and love it thanks to Jim Locklin who assisted with the sale and Kathleen Vullo with the design choices. The quality is in line with the high end furniture stores but much more economical. Thank you for a very pleasant shopping experience and will be back.

I had a great experience with York Furniture. I purchased a sectional and ottoman that were in stock in the warehouse on a Saturday and they were delivered the following Wednesday in perfect condition. All of my questions were adequately answered. The delivery customer service was extremely informative and gave me a 4-5 hour estimated window the day prior to delivery, and a 1 hour notice prior to arriving to my house. I would confidently recommend this furniture store to anyone, especially since they had what I wanted in stock and most places have not been able to offer that throughout the pandemic.

Larry and Kathleen were wonderful to deal with. My husband and I arrived and we were just browsing around the store. Larry came to help us out and gave us so much time and attention. He was great and knowledgeable. Larry answered so many questions that my husband and I had. Kathleen was also a huge help. We recommend them highly! If you need furniture or mattresses they are the people to go see. We were given a fair price and we are very happy about our purchase.

This post is very late but allowed us almost 2 years of enjoyment with our living room couch and love seat. We purchased the set in September 2020 and the set still looks as if we just bought it and we sit and tend to fall asleep on it daily. We can't remember the names of the gentleman and lady who sat down with us as we searched through pages and pages of living room furniture. We were searching for a blue leather set and are happy to say that we found an amazing blue leather set. It is absolutely beautiful. The 2 people that assisted us took the time to answer our many questions and were so kind and patient. I remember that the lovely lady talked alot but was very friendly and nice to be around. We are extremely pleased and strongly recommend the store for great service and exceptionally great quality furniture. Tami and Al. :)

Very good experience. Found just what I was looking for after going to 5 different places. Kathleen was great to work with. Ended up with a very firm England couch that you don't sink into.

We had the pleasure of working with Sherrie. She was not the “typical” salesperson. She is down to earth and genuine and made the experience beyond enjoyable not pushy and very knowledgeable. I will choose to go back in the future because of Her and her excellent customer service!! If you go, ask for her and you will not be disappointed. And yes furniture there is American made.

We purchased a sectional in December from their clearance merchandise and Eliza helped us got a wonderful, high quality couch for a fantastic price. Today, we went back to furnish our family room. Kathleen was delightful. She listened to what we wanted, understood our budget and helped us get a great price on a couch and love seat. In NEITHER experience did we feel pressured to buy. It was a relaxed environment and we felt respected. Not once were we pushed to buy an extended warranty or use some financing scheme. It was a simple, clean and honest transaction. This is a store with quality furniture, reasonable pricing and professional service, not high pressure sales. We will come again when we need furniture in the future. Thanks!

We recently move into a new house and needed to update several rooms worth of furniture. The team at York were super helpful, not pushy at all and helped me choose the best furniture for our style and budget. Some pieces were available for delivery right away, but the custom fabric and sectional layout was worth the wait. We get compliments every time someone walks in the front door! Getting approved for financing was super easy and we'll be back when we're ready to re-do the kids' rooms and guest room.

We recently bought 2 couches from York Furniture and we were very happy with our experience. The first couch was in stock so we were super excited to get it delivered within a couple days. Kathleen has an amazing eye for style and Larry was helpful with the ordering process.

I had a great experience from the staff at York Furniture. They helped me select the perfect couch for my home. I had no idea what I was looking for, but they helped me find the right one. They also explained to me how COVID has effected their manufacturer, so I left with realistic time frame of when I can expect deliver. They were friendly, knowledgeable and made the experience enjoyable. I highly recommend them!

I had a great experience in York Furniture Gallery. After going to three other furniture stores and feeling pressured to buy something that wasn't what I was looking for I was about to give up. I'm glad I went into this store. The staff was very pleasant. Upon arrival I was greeted with friendly smiles and given a chance to look around to see if anything caught my eye. Once I found what I was looking for a sales associate was right there to answer all of my questions. I was able to customize my order to exactly what I needed. They even measured the furniture to make sure it would fit in my house! I never felt pressured to buy anything, the sales associates all had a great sense of humor and made my experience worth the trip. I love my new sectional and bedroom set, that I was able to customize to my exact taste. If you are looking for something unique but affordable this is where you want to go.I will be buying all of my furniture from them from now on. You can't beat the prices and the friendly staff.

Kathleen was wonderful in helping me choose a sofa and love seat combination that will be perfect. She quickly understood my style and pointed out several sets for me to try. As an added bonus that I wasn’t expecting, she happens to be an interior decorator, and helped me select fabrics for the furniture and pillows that will match my living room carpet and walls. I would highly recommend her and York Furniture (I’ve purchased from here a couple times in the past).

I went into York last week and I have nothing but great things to say about the saleswoman who helped me, Sherri. She was attentive and also patient with me as she let me lay on a few mattresses before I made my purchase. Also; Sandy (who worked in the back office) was wonderful. Both Sherri and Sandy even helped me reschedule my mattress delivery for earlier than originally planned. Both of these employees of York made my mattress buying experience a joy!

I had a fabulous experience at York Furniture Gallery! I was greeted immediately when I arrived with out pressure to buy. I found beautiful family room furniture that I purchased. During my visit, I had one on one attention with the owner Kathleen whom also is a interior decorator and helped me design the whole room down to paipt colour that I did not expect. The furniture is American made which I am happy to purchase. Great place to shop, wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

Sherri is the most accommodating, knowledgeable salesperson!! She guided us to the best type of furniture and assisted us with the best color selections. When we had additional questions, she immediately called the company (ies) sale’s representatives to resolve our issues. We purchased sectional great room furniture, and she was very patient helping us choose the right size and correct “pieces.” York Furniture is very fortunate to have Sherri on their staff.

Absolutely the best place to get furniture in Rochester. Just purchased a sectional from Kathleen and Larry and couldn’t be happier. Kathleen has an incredible amount of knowledge and was happy to assist us finding exactly what we were looking for. The selection is incredible - American made products that are built to last at an affordable price. We will definitely be back for our next purchase!

Customer service is wonderful at York Furniture! My husband and I were shopping for a sectional, which is a big decorating decision. The staff was very patient with us as we went through all the size combinations. Kathleen even help me figure out the best color / fabric to work with my space! We are very happy with our final decision. Highly recommended it!
