These folks are always friendly and great to work with. Big time service and small town politeness/attitudes. Chris is always responsive and helpful (even when I don't want to know the answers), good communication. Prices are appropriate for their services. They've replaced the outdrive on our boat and did great, as with other services. Easy recommendation here.

Great Service and Staff !
My wife and I ordered a new Sylvan tri-toon there this year and our experience was so great from the whole staff. Any questions along the way were promptly answered. I had our current boat at the time serviced there before I sold it during the ordering process and the service was prompt and effective.

I live in Kansas and chose to drive up because of two recommendations from neighbors. I'm glad I did. First, the sea legs for my pontoon are great. (No one down here installs them that I could find.)

The sales experience was professional and the communication was great. The pick up experience went very well and they explained what needed to be explained.

And lastly, their service department really delivered this month. A controller for the bimini top went bad. My son diagnosed the problem and so I called up to MN to see what could be done. They were aware of the problem and had oredred/stocked extras. Only four business days later I received the part in the mail and that solved the problem.

They do what they say. I can't ask for anything more.

I gotta say I never take time to write a review, unless I had a terrible experience. In this case my experience with them was outstanding. We bought our new pontoon at the boat show, they were easy to work with, they kept me informed through out the entire process while the boat was being built. What most impressed me was their delivery!! They brought my new boat almost 4 hours up to our lake, put it in the water, and spent 2 hours on the boat with me showing me every single detail from docking it all the way way to how the table worked. I have to say I figured I knew everything there was to know about a boat. I was wrong! Thanks for all your help.

Kathie has been very helpful and responsive - I really appreciate that. Her Sylvan pontoon price quotes have been the best I have had in the Twin Cities area. Have not yet purchased a pontoon, but will definitely use Boat Doctor if I go with a Sylvan.

This was our first experience buying a boat and we were dealing with a difficult lender. Kathie and everyone here were amazingly patient and made it happen for us to get out on the water this weekend! Definitely recommend them! They are genuinely nice, patient and wonderful!

The advertisement was correctly described with words and pictures, for the pontoon we wanted. They answered all questions before driving an hour and twenty minutes to verify everything. Prices are firm and within other private parties are selling. Paid and drove it home same day. Highly recommend talking to them as their inventory changes.

My husband and I have been looking for a pontoon for a couple of years now and have done a TON of research. We initially had correspondence with Cathie via e-mail. She was very prompt, thorough, and answered all of our questions. I never once felt pressured like I did with so many other dealers! Then we went to their showroom and met with Kevin; he was very knowledgeable about the pontoons we were looking at and was honest. I never felt like either of them were "just trying to make a sale". They are both very personable! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a boat or pontoon!

I bought a used boat from Boat Doctor Marine. They were extremely helpful, honest, and fair. I bought the boat in the winter and they stored it for free and went out on a test run to make sure I was completely happy. I would go back anytime and my only wish is that they were closer to me.

Bought two pontoons from them. They offered thousands more than 61 for my trade in and I couldnt be happier with the new one. Well worth the drive.
