Salesman very good, prompt, easy to work with. Scheduling very quick and able to schedule in our timeframe. So far very good and easy company to work with. They aim to please. Would definitely recommend. Technician very good and quite knowledgeable. Explained everything well. System set up looks great, we are very happy.

We have used Aquarius since moving into our home a little over 2 years ago and their service is amazing! We have never had an issue and every employee is friendly and informative. I also like that they text you info and a picture of the technician being dispatched to your house and let you know when they’re on their way so you aren’t surprised when they show up.

We are still learning about our Geo Thermal system and Jim explained everything in a very easy and understandable manner. Our water heater had a leak. We called Aquarius who we’ve used for years for our water filtration systems. They were quick to respond to our issue through their plumbing services. Came out same day and replaced our water heater. Always appreciate their prompt response and problem solving!

David, the electrician, diagnosed our short that had disabled multiple overhead lights and outlets, and promptly fixed the issue. We were very satisfied with the service. This was our first appointment with the electrical arm of Aquarius. We have had their water filtration system for several years and have been very happy with it. I would highly recommend both after seeing technicians for both this week.

Always high quality work from this team. Paul did a great job replacing my well tank!

Aquarius has now replaced my Air Conditioner and Air Handler for my forced central air system, my well tank (including replumbing the well room), and as of yesterday replaced my entire Hydronic Heating System with a new propane boiler (including fuel switch, plumbing, and electrical work) and converted my electric water heater to a tankless propane system ("Combi Boiler") all in the last couple of years. This is in addition to the fact that they installed the Kentico water system prior to me buying the house. They always take your call. They have the best scheduling. They do a thorough job quoting every project. And they have professional and friendly staff on every project. I continue to be impressed with their work and will continue to make them my first call, even if they aren't always the "bottom dollar" bid.

I could tell right away that Josiah S, Master Plumber, takes pride with his craft when he replaced my old, tired, sad water heater to a bright, shining, new water heater and made it a work of art. Josiah is very knowledgeable about what he does and is so very kind. After the job was complete, Josiah tidied up the area and made it look like he hadn't even been there. So nice of you. Thank you, Josiah, for a job well done! Aquarius is very lucky to have such a great person working on their team.

Josiah was very competent at installing our new water heater, making modifications to old peripheral equipment that needed upgrading and ending with a professional looking installation. Also he is pleasant and straightforward in explaining what needs to be done and options for better results. A good experience from our viewpoint.

Anthony did a great job informing me of the equipment that was in an existing house that I purchased. He showed me how to change filters and how to tell if the filters needed changing. He didn’t upsell anything, he just explained how things work and let me make decisions. Thank You Anthony!

Jon, Josiah, and Jen were awesome today! Jon got our water softener up and running again. Josiah replaced our 27 year old water heater same day, quickly and efficiently! And Jen came early and took care of getting us hooked up with a dechlorinator so our house doesn't smell like a swimming pool when we turn the water on! More than satisfied with Aquarius and their super awesome team!

We bought a home with a Kinetico water system that had many aspects with which we weren’t familiar. Justin from Aquarius came out to the house, took us through all the components, their purpose, how they worked, and how to maintain them. He provided us with options for doing it ourselves and for contracting with Aquarius. No pressure, just the information. Justin was patient with our questions and provided exceptional service.

Josiah called when he was on his way, arrived at the house with his own rug & shoe covers as its winter. Was very courteous & informative of what was needed. He replaced our water heater, outside faucet & interior shut off valve for the outside faucet in record time. He also explained everything about the newly installed equipment so I know how everything functions. Highly recommend!! Thank you, Josiah & Aquarius!

Justin did a great job installing our water softener system! We’re extremely happy with the water filtering system we purchased as part of the package. The water from our faucet is just as good or better than bottled water and we’re so happy to have chlorine out of our water!

The tech had a great personality and very knowledgeable about everything. He helped us alot with our issues that we called about and even noticed that our septic was unplugged and plugged it in. Thank you again for everything

Paul did a great job replacing my water heater. He was on time, courteous, thorough in explaining what was wrong with my water heater and recommended replacing it. He did it all in a few hours and I am very happy with his service. I will consider Aquarius for my future home repairs.

We needed our bathroom to get looked at due to some sewer smells coming in. Paul came and was very nice and knowledgeable! He found the issue and was able to tell us how to fix it. We are very happy with the service we received!
