Never had an issue have always been super friendly and kind with everything even picking up medications for my dad was a breeze . Your kindness makes it easy going experience everytime

Staff is always friendly. I work for a competitor in Healthcare and I can’t always say that our pharmacy staff is as kind as they are at Coborns.

Usually VERY busy would be nice if Line moved a little faster. Staff very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Number 1 issue is wish the drive thru was open full length of hours open. 💊

After years of using Coborns pharmacy in Mora, I regret to say that whomever handled my prescription refill today who I conveniently haven't ever worked with prior will be the reason I will no longer ever use their services. Customer service was nonexistent. Communication was so unbelievably inappropriate, a complaint was made to the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy immediately after.

Hopefully others don't experience anything close to what I received today. If you're looking for quality care, and just simple customer service the extra 30 minutes to another pharmacy is definitely recommended.

I have never been treated so terribly by anyone, let alone a medical professional.

They don't like to fill prescriptions in any sort of decent timley manner, they dont have communication you on what's going on, the wait times are horrendous and no one cares. I moved my stuff to mora to be closer to home & I regret it everytime I need something. They are generally a waste of time.

The absolute worst place to fill any script. They will only fill week at time. They claim they don't get paperwork from doctors which clinic has faxed multiple times. They won't allow you to pay cash like every other pharmacy will allow you to get your medical prescription which was sent electronically so they know it's legit. If they do manage to fill it, they only fill 1 week of 30 day supply and expect you to drive in weekly and pay 4 different co pays instead of one. What a money scam. They should be investigated!

This place habitually skrews up my prescriptions, cant seem to have medication on hand to fill prescriptions when they need to be filled ahead of time. Literally have to order medications and have customers go without medications when while waiting for tdd them to order. Even though they have plenty of time before hands to be proactive and have ready for customers. Which messes with date refills and other aspects of your life. Sometimes giving partial fills and expecting customers to change their whole schedules around to accommodate their irresponsibility. Any other pharmacy I feel would have them couriered over if there's more than one of them. No extra effort at all to solve And dont seem to care at all. Horrible customer service, happens way too often. Have heard same story from numerous other customers, doesn't seem to be any accountability for this pharmacy that I know of anyway.

Very rude, Medicare customer gets pricing at beginning of year, should be good for the year, Coborns charges more.
