Gardner White Furniture & Mattress Store

First time visiting this store. My salesman, Jim Pipoly. I can't wait for was fantastic, showed me 4 or 5 choices of exactly what I was looking for. He pointed out the features of each item then backed away to let me decide. I had initially intended to also visit a competitor. I decided not to bother and made my purchase. I'm excited for my delivery to get here!

Ethan was so helpful! We were greeted at the door with a short run down of information and then given space to explore the store. I always appreciate being acknowledged but nothing pushy. I like time to seeing things for myself but with being checked in on from time to time. He did a great job at being thorough when we asked questions. The process of purchase was quick and simple! We haven’t gotten it delivered quite yet, due to our moving circumstances, the date is pushed a few weeks but we are so excited for our new kitchen table set. We got a wonderful deal with their sale price. And their policy of warranty cost given back at store credit if never used is something I haven’t come across any place else. Very happy so far with my first experience!

Rudy was amazing. I generally dislike going places with sales staff as I want to look at my own pace. Rudy introduced himself asked what we were looking for we explained. What we were looking for and he pointed me in the areas as I was contemplating three options for the space. He came and checked on me me when he saw me sit on various pieces but he let me walk and meander through the store while I looked at options. When I narrowed to two options, he was readily available to check delivery options for me and went over warranty, delivery and haul away options. He truly was a gem. Made getting new furniture a breeze.

We had a great experience at Gardner White in Ann Arbor. Our salesman Bill was friendly, funny and knowledgeable. He took care of us and we are very satisfied with our experience. 5 Stars all the way! Matt and Julie White

Gardner White is a great place to buy furniture for any room in your house. The prices are affordable including sales and clearance items. They are daily getting new items in and discounting others to make room. The sales people are very friendly and knowledgeable.

The Gardner White associates were professional.
Ethan and Erik were both polite, helpful and informative. They were not obnoxious or pushy like you experience as some stores, but were close enough to answer questions.
Definitely a good experience.

Jim was incredibly helpful, knowledgable, and kind! He went above and beyond to help us with our vision. We are extremely grateful for his patience with our indecisiveness, at no point did we feel pressured into a purchase like we have elsewhere. We will definitely be back!

Our mattress experts John and Ethan were absolutely amazing to work with! They were both so knowledgeable, patient and kind while helping my boyfriend and I find the perfect mattress. John walked us through several options and answered every question we had! Ethan had a great sense of humor, and assisted us with finalizing our purchase and setting up delivery! Jim did an excellent job working with us to find the sectional that fits our space with the right level of quality we were looking for. We found several options that are of better quality and at a competitive price point than some of the 'discount' / 'value' stores, plus the ability to select many configurations and fabric choices via custom order.

We were in today with my mother in law to look at options for a new mattress. Rudy was very informative and patient as she tried all kinds of mattress variations. He made the shopping experience extremely helpful and my husband & I really appreciated his attention to detail.

From the moment I stepped in the door and was greeted by a sales person to the quick and efficient delivery the same day to the perfect recliners for our needs this has been my best furniture experience I have had in 69 years.

Our salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. She answered all of our concerns and was not pushy with our decision of purchase. Extremely satisfied and would recommend her to others. Also, this was our first purchase from Gardner White.

The 2 workers who delivered our couch & loveseat were on time, kept us informed of their status & were very efficient in bringing the items in. Items were heavy & they were up to the task. Very professional. Worth the $ paid for white glove delivery.

I came into the store to buy a mattress that would offer me support for my entire body and a well rested nights sleep. My salesman Robbie, was very knowledgeable about the mattresses, he was very helpful and friendly. I bought a Hybrid mattress today.
