Overboard Bar & Grill

Very nice hidden gem in Inver Grove Heights! Tucked away down by the Mighty Mississip, the Overboard has very welcoming staff and really delicious food! The Crispy chicken sandwich, Cali burger and hot crispy fries were terrific! Right on the marina, ' win a Coach purse night', and bocce ball should be enough to entice the curious and daring.....and the hungry!

Good bar food! Open year round. Lots of yard games available including bags, bocce ball and volleyball courts. Never have to wait too long like the other river bar that's close, where you wait FOR.EV.ER! Not to mention Overboard has a the large patio with plenty of seating.

Five stars for the location. That's the best part about my visit.

Mix up on bingo as we had reservations and 3 people did not and they were seated. Had to find us a table and chairs, from outside and you know how cold it is! BUT the waitress and the owner really stepped up and accommodated us, ended up a great spot for us, the owner bought us a round, and the food was great. As usual be back next month for purse bingo. Made sure seats were not cold and in a spot where we were nice and warm!

Haven’t been back here since summer. Wondered if they were open with Covid issues. They were open. Had great fish tacos with sweet potato fries. A nice treat. Bartender is young woman who is extremely friendly, the cook/owner? Came out to take a bow on my food selection. This is a good spot doing A really nice job in trying times. Five stars well earned.

Beautiful views from the deck overlooking the Mississippi. Great bar & Grill, food is excellent bar food. Very affordable prices, very friendly staff/waitresses. Awesome place to eat some lunch and just chill out.

Stopped in for lunch and was greeted by very friendly staff. Ordered bone in wings. Best I've had. Will definitely be back to this little gem on the river. Absolutely Delicious

Great place to grab a beer and relax on the backwaters of the Mississippi. Staff is always very friendly and beers are reasonably priced. Enjoyed watching the eagles soar overhead.

I love to visit this place! The food is awesome and service is second to NONE! Extremely friendly and a fun time to be had by all! I've been to a painting party here...it was such a fun group and the drinks were flowing...definitely a success. My only complaint is that I live 45 mins away and can't visit often enough...I guess that's not their problem...maybe I'll move closer....

Excellent little dive bar with cheap beer and fried food. Great friendly service and the locals were very welcoming of our kids playing the games.

Service is really good here, so tip your waitresses. Just don't hit on them, or hit them. Because one is annoying, and the other is a crime. I think y'all can figure out which is which. Also, this bar is on the dang river, yo. Calm atomoshphere if you are looking for a chill night
