I found out Sunday that I had an unexpected houseguest. My husband’s 90 year old uncle was going to stay over. We didn’t have a guest bedroom. I called around and American Mattress - Ann Arbor came to our rescue. They were able to deliver next day and the crew did all the setup while I worked remote. Amazing customer service!! Thank you!!

Got a mattress there yesterday and had a great experience! We went to the mattress place across the street and had awful service. The salesperson here was amazing. So helpful. Tolerated the shenanigans that go with a 3 year old picking his big boy bed. If you need a new bed, go here!

Hayden started by taking time to thoroughly understand what we were looking for. He carefully guided us through the different products and was transparent about the advantages and disadvantages of each. He didn’t use gimmicky sales tactics, gave us space to make decisions, and didn’t put any pressure on the sale. My husband and I weren’t expecting to find a mattress so quickly, but we did with Hayden. We didn’t need to try every mattress in the store and walked away feeling confident in our choice. Overall great experience and really nice products.

Gary was very helpful, and I believe we made a good choice in mattress. Our delivery guys were very nice and polite and efficient!!! I am short and needed only 12" mattress for my adjustable base. We chose Serta Chamblee firm and slept on it last night. It feels really good and I can get in and out of bed easily.

Hayden has been wonderful to work with! He helped us pick out our new mattress and after a month we can say it has made a huge difference. He has also been great to work with for shipping and getting us exactly what we needed. Excellent customer service and we recommend this store to family and friends!

I had a terrific experience with Hayden. He’s very knowledgeable and have a lot of patience. I was in the store for four hours while we talked about mattresses and other things. He made the process of shopping for a mattress so easy. The store was very clean and quiet. While I was testing every mattress possible from his desk he was giving me tips on the mattress that I was was testing out. All around great person and I will be recommending other friends/family.

Our salesperson, Hayden, was very knowledgeable and made the process of choosing a mattress and base very easy. He was able to answer all of our questions and was very patient as we took a long time to decide. He did not pressure us at all, but stayed in contact to make sure we had all the information we needed to make an informed decision. He presented data on each of the mattresses we were considering, including pressure point images, to help us understand our options and what might work best for my back issues. Very satisfied with our experience.

We had the most amazing experience at this US mattress! Hayden was so incredibly helpful, kind, patient, knowledgeable about mattresses and sleep, and enjoyable to chat with! Tim was awesome too. Truly some of the best customer service we’ve ever received. Never felt like I was being tricked into buying anything at all. Quality mattresses and products as well - we can’t wait for our new mattress to arrive! Highly recommend this place for your mattress needs.

Hayden was really knowledgeable. He knew various features well and was patient with every question we asked. You can interact well with him to explain your preferences, budget and medical constraints with respect to mattresses and he can certainly help you get the best deal and US matress. I was on a student budget and he helped me evaluate what to look for and what I can vs cannot compromise to stay within my budget.

The education you will receive on mattresses is outstanding. I had already researched what I wanted, and still learned a boat load more on mattresses. I am so happy with my choice guided by Michael and Hayden. Hayden was personable and informative. My husband and I appreciated Hayden and how he didn't try to oversell us, and made the decision of buying a mattress such a pleasant experience for us.
