Joan at the Buffalo Culligan has been great to work with! She helped me move my service from another location and get my delivery set up. Service happened the day they said it would and the water tastes PERFECT! My mother has a competing bottled service and both me and my doggies prefer Culligan's water! Our dogs run inside to get our water after we've visited them.

Customer service is always excellent with Culligan. Anytime I call they accommodate my request. I get a brand new water cooler every year. I really like that. Also, the last time I called they talked to me about what they could do to save me some money. My wife really likes the water cooler so we stayed with it but not many places will tell you there is savings to be had. A+

I love the fact that my rep was very responsive when I emailed my concern. My issue was resolved very quickly and the technician was very professional when he came to my home.

Consistent communication if delivery time changes. The last delivery showed up in the snow when the trash pickup didn't happen, no mail delivery, and the roads were not even plowed! It gets expensive when we go through a lot of water but we appreciate your team!

The customer service is always fantastic and salt deliveries are very timely and a fantastic benefit. We are very pleased with not only the service but also the products!

Colligan was very helpful. They did charge a service fee though just to come out and inspect and explain the system of a water softener that was already in a home I just took possession of. The part I was most pleased about is they did not try to sell me a new system but told me how old softener probably was and that I should get years out of it yet.

The technicians are timely, polite, and quick to get the job done. The company is easy to work with and make payment. Plenty of heads up on scheduled services.

My service person came back to my house, after I missed my appointment, the same day. He went over my problem and why he changed my water softener schedule. He refilled the salt tank. He was very nice. I recommend Culligan's.

Love the delivery for water softener salt. I would usually buy softener salt and then it would sit in the garage for weeks until someone finally carried it downstairs to the softener. Now its delivered, filled and inspected all within 10 minutes by a super awesome delivery guy! Love this service and so worth the couple of extra bucks!!!

Best experience and best decision. The process was pleasant and effortless from start to finish. No pushy sales pitch. Knowledgable installer that was on time and efficient. The softener is a hard working piece of equipment that is actually working on my terribly hard water. Showers are more enjoyable now.

The servicemen we've had have been polite and considerate. For example: always removing their shoes on a wet day, etc. Also, the serviceman we had last time spent extra time showing me things on the filter and suggesting options to the problems we've been having. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.

We love our Culligan softener and drinking water systems! And we love not dragging bags of salt in. We are set up on auto appointments and they just come out, fill the softener and check our systems for us. Couldn’t be easier. All of us drink more water because it tastes better and our ice cubes are beautiful, haha but hey I’m picky about ice cubes.

I appreciate the email notifying me when my delivery is scheduled ahead of time. The service person is always in and out quickly, puts on plastic booties over his boots to keep my carpet clean and always takes away the empty salt bags after refilling my brine tank.

I love that I can trust Culligan for the best service and the best tasting water 100%! People argue with me that there is no difference in taste of water, or that water tastes like water. There will never be a time that I will agree with that statement! Culligan water IS different! It's crisp and I can taste the clean! In all of the years that I have been getting Culligan water delivered, I cant think of even one time that I have had poor service from even one employee. Every delivery guy has been helpful and friendly and every time I have called in or stopped in at the office they have been in a great mood and friendly!

I'm always very appreciative of how painless the process is! I get a text letting me know when the salt will be delivered, the gentlemen who have delivered my salt have ALWAYS been very respectful, and kind. Thank you for what you do!
