Visited today to look for some Christmas items for my cat. They had a ton of stuff there and had lots of birds and creatures that would make some great Xmas gifts. Who wouldn't want a scorpion or tarantula or maybe a Bird or Guinea pig?

Had a great training program for puppies.

I go here for all my pet stuff. These guys are great. Love this location!

We had incredible service today.... 12/17/23 we drove from St.Cloud stopping in Monticello both had 125 gallon aquariums that were damaged. The individual cashier-525278 (if that recognizes her) was simply amazing .... so positive and helpful!

We just got a puppy up by New London. The manager gave us some free anxiety stuff to try to help our puppy feel better. They were really helpful when we picked out a harness for our dog. They are awesome.

We have attended puppy training classes through PetSmart Monticello with Trainer Sam for weeks. Unbelievable! Eleven years ago, we paid ~$2,000 to train our older dog to walk, sit, and lay down. Paying less than a couple hundred dollars, our puppy is better trained than our older dog! Sam is amazing at training "us" to train our puppy. She is kind, creative, patient with our puppy and us, and definitely a dog-lover. She has offered suggestions that help our two dogs get along better--and they worked! We never thought we could get past that difficult puppy stage, but, with Sam's help, we are having fun and loving our puppy! We are grateful to Sam for helping us enjoy our puppy.

They did an awesome job with my pup. Came out smelling clean with a soft coat and trimmed nails. He is usually very iffy when it comes to pampering but did well here

Hard place to leave without a new furry friend or two....or six.

Very friendly staff & clean store! I brought Jack in for grooming and Teresa did an awesome job! The girls were very patient with him during his nail trim as well. We will be back 😊 thanks again!!

I called ahead and asked a staff member if they had a specific dog food on hand. The person went to check while I was on the phone and confirmed that they had it. He was very patient with answering my questions. I didn't get his name.

Bought a harness for my puppy and she pretty much chewed through it after about three weeks so I came in and asked an employee if he could recommend one that she would have a harder time doing that to. He recommended a Kong harness and also sour apple spray to help deter her as well. She chewed through it within one hour. I called and talked to the same employee and he said bring it back we'll refund the money. I decided to see if I could exchange it for a new one instead, and they let me exchange the harness and they also returned the sour apple spray. They made it all a very easy and pleasant experience the whole way around. Will keep shopping here for sure! Customer satisfaction is very important to them!

Very helpful staff but recently very long long lines as there is not enough staff working. Fri we waited 30 min to be checked out and no explanation or apology from staff. I think if they just would have explained WHY they appeared to be just standing there doing nothing while we waited, myself and the other customers would have been more patient. But overall, very knowledgeable about their products and pets in general.

I brought my cat, Genie, in for her first grooming appointment. Cassandra was amazing!!! She answered my questions so kindly..I'm a new pet owner and was a bit nervous. My cat was not stressed thanks to her good handling and energy and Genie looked great! When I picked her up, I was given a lot of good information and plan to set up regular appointments with Cassandra. A fantastic experience from my first call, to check-in, to the grooming and the check-out. Highly recommend !

Well, first, they have everything you need, pet-wise. But they also have the most pleasant, friendly, helpful people working there! They have done everything possible to make my shopping there both a pleasant and efficient experience. Thank you! 🌹
