Might quit my job to work from home...in bed. Lewis Turner helped me pick out the best mattress and adjustable base for me. Amazing customer service. Impeccable communication. Easiest purchase I've ever made. Thank you for your help!! Also, A+ delivery service. Just pointed to where I wanted it and they rolled out the rug under my bed and set it up all nice for me. (I wanted the rug off center like that) Very good job guys, sorry I didn't catch your names.

Our salesperson was Alex Warmuth. She was very professional and helpful. She was also very friendly and outgoing. It was a real pleasure working with her. We will definitely go back to HOM Furniture when we need furniture in the future. They have a huge selection of high quality furniture.

Brendan was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly! He listened to what we explained we wanted and gave us multiple options to check out. He also explained the pick-up process and followed up to make sure we were satisfied. This is one of the best experiences we have had with any furniture store, and we would highly recommend to our family and friends!!

From the moment we walked in the door we felt comfortable, we were not swarmed by sales people. Cody greeted us and if he could help took us to the recliners and explained the difference, then let us be and let interested in a purchase. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and personal. When we are ready to purchase more furniture Cody will be our contact. We purchased two recliners and the entire process was so easy.

We worked with Lewis on finding a new living room set for our cabin, as well as a new dining set for home and a few miscellaneous pieces. He was absolutely wonderful! He figured out our style very quickly and knew the store so well he was able to show us pieces that fit that style and made our shopping experience very efficient! Highly recommend him!!

I bought the Hayward birch full sized bed with nightstand and dresser bedroom package. The furniture is really nice and solid and the lamp I bought matches perfectly. I bought the bedding at Target to put it all together. This is the third bedroom package I bought from HOM and each one is sturdy and well made. A great value. Plus the delivery and installation was nice too. It’s heavy stuff and the carried it up some steep stairs.

Donna Owens was so helpful and kind during the couch-shopping process. Helped us find the perfect fit and went above and beyond to ensure we could get our couch sooner than expected. Deann in the bargain area helped us find the perfect mattress for our daughter. She was so friendly with my girls, and just a gem to work with. Will be back.

I have purchased several pieces from HOM Furniture and am very pleased with the quality of furniture and their customer service. Recently a chair broke. HOM Furniture representatives responded to my request for a replacement within minutes and had me scheduled to receive the item that same week. The delivery people showed up exactly at the time they said they would, were respectful and quick, and replaced the chair with no hassle. Very satisfied!

Emily was the sales rep that helped me at the store. We had a unique situation come up where our couch was under warranty still but the piece could no longer be repaired. The whole staff at Hom furniture have made the process for replacing the couches incredibly seamless though and Emily was able to address all the questions I had in store. I also worked with Lewis in the bed / mattress department and he was able to add to our delivery order on short notice for a mattress. Weve been using Hom furniture for all our furniture purchases for a few years now and have been very happy and impressed with the customer service. Thanks!

Lewis was awesome to deal with while we were looking for Tiffany Lamps. HOM was the best local store for the variety of Tiffany Lamps and the cost of the lamps! Appreciated the no pressure sale and all the help he offered to help us decide which ones to purchase.

James was excellent. He looked up an order we had 8 years ago for some patio furniture covers. He then did the homework to figure out what would make good replacements given the products that exist today. He picked them out and gave us a recommendation. He made it super easy for us.

We recently purchased 6 patio chairs from Hom Furniture and had a fantastic experience thanks to DeAnn. She was friendly and helpful without being pushy. She helped us work through our dilemma on comfort and finding the right colors to match the table we already had at home. Great experience, highly recommend!

This will be the second time we have purchased carpet from this Hom location. The reason we have returned is the quality of product and service and also the great value. . Donna spent a lot of time with us to choose a new sofa, then to find additional pieces for the living room for us. She knows her stuff! We love the furniture and the warranties for them.

DeAnne was super helpful as my daughter picked out her bed and dresser. Neither item was in stock but they were able to get it in the next day. Picked up furniture and everything was there and in great shape. Other staff there were also helpful. Would return and buy furniture again at this location.
