I've taken my old vehicle to Crest Ford for Quick Lane Services for a year and a half now, and they have always been excellent, so I decided to purchase my new vehicle there as well. Ordered an F250 earlier this year after waiting over 2 years at another dealer. Dan was helpful with ordering and keeping me updated all the way up until delivery. Flew in from WI and everything went exactly as planned, including the original price and rebates. The truck was missing a trim piece and they even mailed it to my house. I recently visited the Crest Ford quick lube. Their service was both quick and very efficient. I was in & out, without an appointment, in less than 30 minutes after receiving normal periodic service including oil change, tire rotation, air filter and numerous inspection points. The customer waiting area was clean and quiet. The Crest Ford Service Advisor, William, was very courteous, professional and helpful.

On a prior occasion I personally met the Crest Ford Sales Manager and Service Manager. I was very surprised and very pleased to find how interested they are in overall customer service and satisfaction.

Dan Koluder is the guy you wanna ask for, the most easy simple experience buying a car at a dealership gets you through the process in a speed I've never experienced at any other dealership. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone. They could of marked up my vehicle 10k n probably still sold it, proves to me there as honest as they come.
