Kroger

This locations employees are usually always kind and respectful but after my recent customer service interaction I had to leave a review. Cota deserves a raise!! He remained professional, calm and helpful (which is the sorely lacking in the public sector, especially with healthcare workers) when a mistake was brought to his attention. He should be a manager if he isn't already, and train every new employee that shows up! Excellent job Cota!

I had an absolutely outstanding customer service experience with Yolanda at the bakery! Yolanda's kindness and sweet demeanor truly stood out, making the entire experience not just efficient but also enjoyable.

I do shopping here weekly, and have for years… Always well stocked.. clean…

Convenient location, big store, alot of selection. Average prices on non sale products but the sales are always good. Yeah the shelves haven't ALL been full, and some products aren't available but most of the time, there's other alternatives.. can't down rate the store for a global issue that they can't control...

Shout out to the pharmacy staff! They've always been quick filling my prescriptions, are always friendly and answer any questions I might have. One of my medications required a prior authorization, and they helped resolve the issue in less than a day and a half.. the rest of the store staff are really nice as well. Always helpful.

Clean and recently renovated.
Has specialty products (wine, cheese, deli) and a fairly comprehensive health and beauty area.
Nice staff.
Great pharmacy team.
Parking lot seems small for store size, but this is just an irritation, not a hinderance.

I will always support my local Kroger because of their ethics and quality of food. The recent renovations to the entire store give a more modern feel, and it truly makes you want to spend more time there. The employees are friendly and will help you find anything, especially now that the organization of the store layout has changed.

This is my favorite grocery store. The produce is fresh. The flowers in the floral section are beautiful. Also every time I have bought flowers here they last a week in a half to two weeks long. I love picking up my Starbucks coffee and do my grocery shopping. Or if I choose I can use their Click list service which is a wonderful way to shop and they only charge $5.00 to take advantage of this service.

Michell is a great worker.
This is a good Kroger’s It has most of your everyday things and the staff is pretty cool too most of the time.Today I would like to point out a employee named Michell at self service he was friendly and was a great help to me and my bf I appreciate it. This is my favorite Kroger near my house. It's less busy than the West location and I always am able to get in and out. They normally have good deals on the day old bread and ugly produce which is a definite plus in my book. Every worker I've encountered is polite to helpful.

The new Kroger is amazing. It's supposed to be the largest one in the Nation. There is a dining area, a sushi bar, a chicken bar, Mediterranean, and more. They also, will fry fish that you purchase right at the seafood counter for no additional cost. In addition to the huge grocery sections, here is a good size seasonal section, toy section, clothing sections, household section and so much more.

This Kroger is very large and it takes a few visits to learn the layout. The specialty items here are very good. I didn't care for the lack of Dearborn meat products in the deli section but it can be purchased in the packaged meat department. The dairy section has a wide variety of products and a couple local name brands. The lines were not that long and the cashiers had baggers during peak time that didn't mind using my recycle bags.

Kroger can have some good deals. Although not all stores have the same level of customer service. I drive 8 miles to shop a location, and pass a Kroger on the way. Mainly because of cleanliness, and superior customer service.

This store is clean and fairly easy to get a 'close' parking spot. Cashiers very efficient, helpful and appropriatly friendly. Even with coupons prices are slightly higher. Prepared Thanksgiving dinner is ecxellent .

Christmas Eve visit to Kroger the employees all very helpful ..the guys in meat department very helpful Danny was great as always and Denise in the Deli department got me what I needed. And the Best was Pam at checkout she cracked me up !!! Great Job on a very busy day.

The best grocery store experience ever. The best meats, vegetables and fruits around. The best sales, free Friday downloads and clicklist. Now they have scan, bag and go!!! Try it for 5 bucks off your bill.

I don't shop at Kroger, but I live very close to this one, and I have to say- I do love it. I just feel like Kroger, as a whole, is overpriced. Love this store though. Great selection of pretty much everything! Love it.

We live across the street from the Southgate Kroger but decided to stop into this store before picking my kids up from school a few miles up the road. Oh man was this love at first site! The store is clean and the selection is top notch! I am a food snob and like to cook with organic food as much as I can. It's important to me that we can feed my family a well balanced meal on a budget but still have access to nutriou food.
I have always been a huge fan of Kroger and shopped there regularly but the brownstown store will be my new favorite.
