Excellent workers and great experience!

I wish they would allow conference calls as I assist many indigenous people whose Spanish is their second language. They need help and the facilitated enrollees often are too busy to help. I know it is the hippa. But they are giving permission for me to assist them on the line.

Constantly harass me. I'm an heiress living on welfare, until inheritence. I keep getting weird calls from them, really unpredictable, mad, discouraging.

Their mentality, words will not sum, harass me until I look unstable, sick.

I called this morning for assistance with an error I was getting on the website where my husband was trying to submit an application for our family of 4 for health insurance. When I called, the woman who answered, "Charlie" (who when I asked if there was a number she could be reached at, said snarkily "not for you") would not answer my questions without my husband getting on the phone and re-providing all of his information even though I am a permanent authorized user on the account.
I'm sorry but I'm a grown adult, and this woman is telling me that I have an open account that can't be verified but wouldn't tell me if it was my husband's account.
I asked, because I has an abusive narcissistic ex who has done things like that in the past. But apparently I didn't have a right to know who's account I was on 🤷‍♀
When I questioned her about this, she became extremely rude and tried rushing me off the phone. I asked to clarify that I wouldn't need him to get on the phone in the future when I called, she said I wouldn't, but would need to provide his information. Which I tried to give her to begin with and she wouldn't take from me. When my husband tried giving her his information she rudely cut him off mid sentence telling him she didn't need that info. (??????)
She tried hanging up on me 3 times and kept cutting me off asking if I was finished being helped which I clearly wasn't since i was still trying to get information.

I am disgusted at how rude and ignorant these employees are. This is not customer service and it shouldn't just be accepted as such. I can tell you it's not acceptable behavior elsewhere in the country or in the world but NYS sure sets a shining example with these wonderful employees that treat people like dirt under their feet.

Not sure why I'm leaving this review either because NYS doesn't care and I know this, but just made myself feel better letting othet people know how awful they are.

This place is so disrespectful. They are supposed to be there to help. They don’t give out address to send paperwork, you have to use all your resources in order to receive a call back from these people. But there quick to make a person lose there job and homeless without even speaking to theme.

I recently submitted a complaint and the Department of Health resolution was desmiss me as Patient from Whintrop University Hospital in Long Island NY.

Obviously, the Nurse who investigating my complaint didn't consider Dr Dustin Suanino Palliative Medicine and Hospice Cares from Whintrop University Hospital, Mineola NY a Danger !!! when prescribing Opioids to coworkers and patients, myself.
It 's vey unfortunate.
My wishes for whoever investigates Malpractice is to see a relative die from an overdose. Maybe then remember the decision made in my case.

This unprofessional activity by the NY DOH is affecting the states ability to be counter productive. Do to the exaggerated response time..

Very disgusting and unprofessional staff who curses and speak very disrespectful to people especially the women attorney.

Most unprofessional entity I have ever experienced. The ignorance of these people will be catastrophic to the state of New York.
