Competitive prices and often more product depth than either H*** D**** or L***'s. For example, odd size / vintage HVAC vents in stock at Menards, not available at other big box stores. The 11% rebates are a bit of an addiction, paid in the form of a merchandise credit check. That means another trip to Menards and another mail-in rebate, ad infinitum. The escalator to the second floor can be a bit slow, because your shopping cart wheels are locked. If you only need one or two small items, leave the cart behind. The pledge to open an additional checkout keeps the lines short - a bit like Meijer in the past (but no longer).

My first experience at Menard’s and it was great. Shout out to Andrew who patiently explained to us all of the color options for wood stains for our flooring. He was so knowledgeable and knew exactly where everything we needed was located. Highly recommend! And the store itself was impressive, two stories! And plenty of parking!

This is the best Hardware store around, all the team members are so happy to be at work and are very helpful. The store is well organized, well lit and always clean. It is so easy to find help and have questions answered when we need.

Absolutely great experience at this Menards. I stopped in 15 minutes before close. I had never been to this massive location, and the staff was very friendly. They helped me quickly find what I was looking for, and even helped me carry my items out to the car! Again, this was all at closing time, I couldn't believe how helpful they were. Menards definitely has my business moving forward!!

I absolutely love this Menards, all the employees are so friendly and knowledgeable! The paint department employees knew the answer to all my questions and actually walked me over to what I needed, hard to find these days! Thank you Menards for the kindness in all departments! Well done!

As a floor covering contractor and professional I have to say this place has really got it together. The staff in the Floor Covering Department at this location are more knowledgeable than any I've seen . And they're always smiling . I don't get it . The floor covering selection that they have is incredible and the prices are unbelievable. You simply can't do better than Menards for flooring. They sell quality vinyl plank to the public for less money than I can buy it directly from the manufacturer. I couldn't be happier with any supplier that I am with Menards.

Kristen in cabinetry/large appliances is awesome! She really helped us out with our kitchen cabinet & countertop order, even when we made a couple mistakes and had to come back to fix it. She was very patient and helped us correct any issues we had. To say she went above & beyond for us is an understatement. We will definitely be back for more renovation projects. Thank you Kristen for all that you’ve done for us so far!

I have the best experience every single time I come here - it's worth the extra drive. The workers here are there to help you. I mean random workers walking by, ask if you need help. The entire culture here is excellent.

We purchased a Christmas tree here and it is one of the most beautiful trees we’ve ever had. Remarkable because you have to buy them sight unseen. They’re bundled and arranged by height and type. We chose Frazier Fir 6-7 ft. $54. Don’t overthink it grab & go COVID style. The added bonus was that we used our rebates to pay for it!
Recommendation: shake the loose needles out before bringing it in the house.

The fanciest Menards I've been to, great selection. The piano player adds a nice touch of class to the shopping experience. My only complaint is a problem that plagues about all Menards locations. Their cart corral situation in the parking lot is always a hot mess especially if it windy I would not park anywhere near them.

Menards is well managed operationally. Would say that maybe things could move at a little quicker pace but good service.

Pleasantly surprised. I have been to many home improvement big box stores over the decades & found products new to me. Special ordering was efficient & quick. Store displays were helpful & well done.

This is possibly the coolest Menards that I have ever been too. It has an elevator and a moving walkway in it. The staff was very friendly and they even had a piano player playing music in the store. Quite awesome!

This place is huge!!!! Totally compilation for Lowe's ! They literally have anything and everything you could want or need, their escalators are flat [like a people mover] so you can get carts, strollers and wheelchairs upstairs! The staff are all super friendly, tons of smiles and assistance from everyone there. They make you feel like a part of the family.
They have everything you could need for your pets; whether you have cats, dogs or birds-they have you covered.
They have toiletries, groceries, welcome mats, garbage cans, tools, lumber, siding, flooring, plants/garden materials, automotive accessories ect.
This is a one stop shop for everything!!!
