Otto Nature Preserve

Great hike in a mature dune forest. Rolling trails with interesting views. Some steep climbs near the end on the way back to the ample parking area that also has a porta potty if needed.

We have a cottage across the street a little ways and love having Otto Nature Preserve so close by! Enjoyable for family hikes with the kids and dogs. Just went for a walk on the holiday weekend with 5 kiddos ages infant - 12, 5 adults and 2 dogs and we all had a great time. We did the outer loop which is 1.5 miles. The end is quite an incline but it's a good workout and my son even made it and he tires easily due to a medical condition. Definitely family friendly and so beautiful!

Well maintained, prestine, path. Old growth trees worth the trip. Warning: Parts of orange path get quite steep in places.

This nature preserve is new to the area and is a great addition. There are two paths depending how long you want to hike. The paths are in the woods and are easy to follow. I've been here a couple times and love it.

Neat little hiking trail. Beautiful scenery, great trails. You can go for a short walk or continue along all the pathways for a longer trail. Love how the pathways are marked with arrows to let you know what way to go. Lots of little intersection to explore. All in all an amazing hiking trail. I recommend all to check it out.

It's a beautiful, isolated hike with enough elevation change to get your heart rate up. Last time here we saw multiple woodpeckers (including a pileated, I believe) and a few deer

Nice way to take a break and enjoy nature. The trails are very well marked. The trails are all dirt with some moderate inclines.
