Izumi Hibachi Express

it’s a very nice place! It just opened. They have very nice decorations on the walls and very nice Murals as well. The lady at the front counter was very nice to check on us.

We were the only ones sitting down other people just grabbed food and left. We want to come here again someday.

I never been to the place that was in the same building before. I’ve always wanted to try new hibachi restaurants. This was a good choice!

If you live in Inver Grove Heights, and want hibachi, this is the place to go. My favorite was their steak.

Great staff, very friendly, food was absolutely amazing, and I will be coming back again. The only thing was the place was chilly, but im sure once yhe weather warms up it should be warmer. highly recommend the crispy chicken ramen though!

Been here twice nice and I can say it's a great place for lunch. Ordered the beef fried rice with a side of yum sauce and it def hits! Very pleased with how tender the beef is.

The workers are really sweet and I learned that they just opened 2 months ago. Def will be back to try their ramen and some of their appetizer items.

Delicious! I stopped in to order some food to go. For my wife and I. The woman behind the counter explained the menu to me and some of the different tea options. She was incredibly nice and chatted with me until my food was done. I orders two chicken stir-fry ramen, a fried rice and a passion fruit bubble tea. She also gave me some chili oil so I could add a little kick to my ramen. We were beyond satisfied with quality and portions. We will for sure be going back again and we are excited to try the hibachi.

Great food, amazing hole in the wall spot

Definitely will be my new favorite, I've been trying to find something similar or benihanas shrimp and this is just it! They had both sauces with the hibachi order and it was absolutely amazing, spice and flavor was perfect and the the rice and vegetables were amazing. Also had the rose fresh milk tea with boba and omg they make the boba fresh and it's perfect, the rose flavor is amazing and very fresh. Super fun place, I know I will absolutely love coming here as much as I can haha! 😄🤍

I grabbed some Char siu ramen, a beef & chicken hibachi combo, and some gyozas. Everything tasted good and had just the right seasoning. I appreciated that the hibachi meal wasn't too salty. The ramen was alright, not the greatest, but certainly not the worst I've ever tried. However, the char siu pork wasn't as tender as I prefer. Still, I'm glad to see more Asian food options popping up in the area!

We had the Char siu Ramen, seafood ramen and chicken fried rice. Everything was absolutely delicious! Definitely coming back again!

Me and my friend came hear and it was the best decision we could have made! The quality is amazing, the presentation was beautiful, the food came out quickly, and the cost was super low considering how high quality it was!

Absolutely delicious!!! Fast and friendly service, tasty hibachi and incredible boba!! Nice selection, just enough variety and all the favorites. What a great combination right here in IGH, so close to home! Until next time Izumi....!

First time trying the new place. Very good, I recommend it. We’ll be back.

Many people would describe this place as a "hole in the wall" but, let me tell you it is a great one!! All the food is cooked fresh. There are no big batches sitting in warmers. Because of this you will wait a bit longer to get your order so I recommend calling ahead. I had the spring rolls this time and they were great!! I like cilantro in mine and they were happy to add it for me. I love their fish sauce with the crushed peanuts (optional). I highly recommend this place!!

This hole in the wall restaurant has amazing food. If you haven't been, do go. It's a small business, locally owned. The owner is great.

Love this place! Service is outstanding. The food is amazing. I love their crispy egg rolls. The combo box for lunch is a lot of food and a good value. My favorite restaurant in the area!

Picked up takeout for a quick family lunch. This is exactly the kind of small business I'm happy to support. It's a small mom and pop restaurant with solid food and a fair price. While the prices on the menu seem high, the serving portions are generous. We were all shocked by the fact that we were stuffed after the meal and none of us were hungry at dinner time. I give them credit for putting in good ingredients, lots of meats and veggies, that set them apart from the rest. The sesame chicken was excellent, but the highlight of the meal was the Szechuan chicken wings.

The owner was extremely pleasant and very hospitable both on the phone and in person. I'll happily recommend them to anyone hankering for good Chinese food.

I have now eaten here on 2 occasions. We love their food. It is a lot better than some other restaurants. The owner is very nice. The chicken wings is delicious and the sweet Chili sauce they have. Also, you can get a little spice if you want. We will be back again! Great deal for the lunch combo.
