I bought my e-bike a year ago. Wes was very knowledgeable about the bikes in his shop. He listened to what I needed in a new bike and suggested the Florence Model by Bintelli. It is exactly what I was looking for. I'm an older rider with some hip problems. The step through bike is very easy to get on and off. He also changed out the seat for a more comfortable one. Since purchasing the bike, I've ridden it over 1000 miles. My husband and I love biking the many trails here in MI. I recently brought the bike back into the shop for routine maintenance to get it ready for this upcoming bike season. Wes did a great job of tuning it up. Thank you again for the great service. We found this shop on line. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. We are so excited to use our new electric magnum low rider bikes. We were able to test drive them and get many wonderful accessories. Our new smart helmets will make a lovely addition to the adventures ahead. These bikes our going to add to our outdoor lifestyle and travel. An amazing experience with amazing owners.

My husband and I retired last spring and decided we would like to buy some E-bikes. We started looking at Eze-bikes located in Canterbury Village, Lake Orion. The owners Wes and Violet spent hours showing us various brands and sizes and we tried them all. We also looked at 7 or 8 other stores but ended up buying from Eze-bikes because they were so helpful.
After 500 miles on my bike, the wheel seemed to be dragging a bit. We called Wes and he ordered me a new wheel and replaced it while we waited. Could not be happier with the buying experience and the repair service we received from Eze-bikes. We give them ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stars

Absolutely the best customer service. My husband and I wanted to buy a electric bike but didn't know to much about them. We went to eze bikes and test rode many different ones. After we were done they wrote down all the information and said take this home and look it all up and let us know if you have any questions. We went home and went back two days later. There are several bike places closer to our home but this one is definitely worth the drive. I had to go back for service and again the best customer service and did a great job. I highly recommend

Wes, the owner, was very personable and knowledgeable about E bikes. We made the short drive to his shop from Rochester to rent 2 E-bikes for 4 fantastic hours of cruising the scenic Paint Creek Trail. The bike seats were the most comfortable we've ever ridden, so we picked up 1 at his shop for my husband's bike at home. Highly recommend Eze-Bikes for a great day of riding!

I was researching in order to purchase eBikes for myself and wife off the Internet. There are so many online options and opinions that I decided we needed help and to test ride if possible. We visited Violet and she spent over an hour with us to pick out and test drive bikes. She offered friendly advice and was very patient as we took them out for a test ride. Wes took care of assembly and delivery and answered all my questions when he dropped the bikes off. I highly recommend them if you are on considering an eBike, you will not be disappointed. They offer top notch, friendly service at competitive prices.

My wife and I visited Eze-Bikes for our anniversary. For any first time e-bike riders out there (like us) I would highly recommend Eze-Bikes. The owner was SO friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond to help us understand how to use an electric bike. The experience is different but we felt prepared and at ease. He even allowed us to test drive multiple bikes just for a more comfortable fitting. We never felt rushed only valued. And once we were off we knew what to expect. We got back slightly later than our allotted time but they were gracious and didn’t charge us extra. I cannot recommend them enough. Really made our anniversary special doing something we had never done before with the perfect company. I don’t know if I’d ever go back to a regular bike again!! THANK YOU EZE-Bikes!

Great shop! By far some of the best owners I have ever met. Very kind staff, amazing bikes with amazing recommend trails, even routs that they recommended to you with the “ride spot” app. Great views.
The owner personally road with us for a while to make sure we were comfortable with the bikes knew how to work them, and aired up the tire after noticing it was little flat. We came from an hour and a half away and we do not regret it at all. I will be recommending this spot to all my family, friends, and co-workers. Very affordable for renting for the day. We will be back.

Great little bike shop! I had a problem with my bike and they fixed it right away. Very responsive and caring. Great selection of e-bikes. I will be buying another one from them.

I live nearby so I took my bike up there to look at other options for when I am ready to move up to something faster/bigger. The owner was super nice and very welcoming to both me and my brother, and went out of his way to make me feel good about what I already had and made sure it was clear he was there to help anyway he can. Phenomenal introductory experience and will definitely be coming here when I am ready to buy another.

My wife and I recently purchased two Magnum E-Bikes from EZE-Bikes. It was a pleasure dealing with Wes and his wife Violet the business owners. They we’re very generous with their time, answering all our questions and even let us test drive about a half dozen bikes in their parking lot. We eventually decided on a pair and they included several accessories for us at no additional cost. And to top it off Wes even deliver the bikes to us the next day ! You can deal with EZE-BIKES with confidence.

We rented bikes for our family of 4 in May 2021. Wes and Violet were super kind on the phone helping us arrange the rental. The bikes were basically new, powerful, great! Violet even escorted us for the first few minutes so we could easily find the best paths. The best experience -- we'll be back for sure!

Very fun.
I would highly recommend these electric bikes to anyone who wants to ride the trails or get around town. It was very nice being able to go up hill with the assistance of the electric motor. Likewise it was nice being able to have pedal assistance while traveling on flat ground to get you to your destination faster and with less effort. We rode from Clarkston to Rochester (28 miles) and we’re hardly tired afterwards. The owners were very friendly and even offered us phone holders and water for our trip. 10/10 would rent from here again.

Wonderful experience with my parents! Violet was so nice and helpful. She provided helmets, let us try out different bikes, and wiped everything down. The trails are not far away from her rental location and I would highly recommend supporting this local business.

Great ride on a Sunday evening with my husband and adult daughter. We rode to the dog park and all through out the park associated and near the dog park. The electric asst. bikes are great, no need to go fast. In fact we recommend you walk down any steep hills. Violet and her husband have a nice selection of bikes. Wear a helmet ⛑ and bring a fanny or back pack with water. It’s a nice activity to enjoy together, perhaps with out of town guest or celebrate your birthday. I was tempted to take my nearly 90 yr Dad on the trike but I think it is
best we did not do that.
Take a lunch or go to the Yates cider location at Canterbury village. Enjoy! 😎

Bought my EZE bike June 2020 so I could bike with my husband. It is excellent and I could not ride more than a mile without it. Wes personally delivered it to my home and custom fit it to me. I cannot express how much I love my electric bike. I was hesitant about getting it until I went there to "take a test drive." You can also rent them if you'd like!!

These folks are great! I bought a Magnum Ranger a few weeks ago. I was in Florida when I decided that I wanted it and they held it for me until I was able to go to the shop and get it! Ask em about the Sene helmet! Well worth the price. I have recommended them to a couple of friends who had a similarly great experience.

After looking and testing ebikes here in Michigan, we stopped at Eze-Bikes and were pleasantly surprised to meet and work with the owners , Violet and Wes. They definitely are knowledgeable of the ebike world and the products they sell. They were so kind and had tons of patience with me, since I was asking all kinds of questions due to to the fact that buying an ebike was so new to me. We were shown so many different sizes and options that might work for me (being only 5 ft) and ultimately I went with a Magnum LowRider and love it. I thought it was to big when I went for my initial visit and upon going back and trying bikes again, Violet brought out the LowRider and it felt perfect! We are so happy that we decided to buy local, hopefully you will give them a chance to fit you or your friends with an ebike, you won't be disappointed.

Wow!! That is what these bikes are. We had so much fun on these that we are going back today. Lots of trails to go on and places along the trail to eat and drink. The owners are so nice and knowledgeable too! Do get off your phones and tablets and go for a fun outdoor easy workout.
