They good care of my baby and soulmate Smudge Thomàs while he was here and took extra care and love when he passed away at 18years old.

I am having some serious problems with one of my dogs. As a bulldog breeder I do not take this lightly since my dogs are my babies! Dr Anderson has listened to me, my concerns and taken them Imto consideration and has been going above and beyond to help me get to the bottom of this issue and for that I thank her! Several other vets have blown him off including blue pearl emergency vets!! We need more vets that care about the animals again instead of vets that run up your bill! Dr Anderson is one of those vets that cares!

Unbelievably kind to us as we were traveling from out of town and our very elderly cat became ill. He was a faithful travel companion for 18 years. We can’t thank them enough for caring for him and us at the end of his life.

When my parent's dog got hit they got her in as soon as she was brought there and took care of business! The staff were so kind during a really sad/hard time. The vet that helped them used to be our farm vet and we were always pleased with him then too.

I’ve been with East Cental Vet for a number of years now. But I don’t think I’ve had an experience quite like I did today at the mora clinic. My doctor, a young gal, was quite busy with appointments but sat patiently with me in the room as I asked her a number of questions, never making me feel rushed or bothersome. But the true gem of my experience came from the receptionist who handled my payment at the end. I was visibly upset and she swooped in to offer tissues and jokes to cheer me up. She was truly kind and offered a little bit of sunshine in the midst of a cloudy day. Thank you.

I LOVE East Central Veterinarians!! The entire staff have always treated my cats, throughout the years, humanely and lovingly. The doctors have supported me when I've had to make the difficult decisions when to let my cats cross "The Rainbow Bridge". I feel like I always get special treatment when I need the clinic and I am eternally grateful.

East Central has been so amazing to work with! I travel from out of town to vet with them because I was so impressed! When I first got my puppy I called east central because that’s where the breeder was taking them. They chatted on the phone with me and answered all my questions. After my puppy visit they set up a super convenient vaccine schedule on Saturday’s since I was traveling from out of town. My little puppy recently got sick and they got her in the same day and changed the appointment time to earlier twice and were so amazing and supportive (I was an emotional mess). The staff is so professional and caring and my puppy is so well taken care of!

Once again the veterinarians and staff at East Central Veterinarians, Mora provided excellent care for my pet. They attentively listen to your concerns, make a thorough examination and weigh treatment options with you as a team. My great bounding puppy LOVES going there - staff truly loves animals and the pup knows it! No issues getting in... same day service is typical and I love the phone follow-ups. Keep up the great work!

My senior dog just had surgery here. They did a wonderful job of making sure she was given the extra thought and attention older dogs need, and they took the time to answer all my questions and explain procedures. I was very pleased.

Took us in on short notice and helped us no problem I usually go the other clinic but since they were able to help today even better. Very kind and caring.

My two recent experiences at this clinic have re established my faith in veterinarians again. the doctors i seen were experienced , easy to talk to, yet intelligent and passionate enough about their work, to look further than alot of others who just confirm what you already know, that your sick dog, is sick. Then toss you some meds and send you out. Even during a last minute emergency procedure, Dr Munson took the time to look in my dogs ears, see they needed to be cleaned, and cared enough to have that potentially uncomfortablebconversation with me, as the owner , about how it would be a good thing if i cleaned them more often, because it reduces chance of infection. And called me a few days later just to check on how my dog was healing. I could tell he cared.... My next experience with Dr Anderson was amazing as well. She was intelligent and passionate enough about her work to dig in and evaluate the entire sitation, home ecosystem, care routines, and try to find try to find the root of the problem. instead of just fixing symptoms. She very politely asked the right questions and addressed possible concerns respecfully, if she had any. I loved that. Uneducated owners, are by default, no different than a neglectful one. And i personally, pay veterinarians to keep my dogs healthy, not to fill my ego, or to just address the symtoms. . Friendly staff, convenient dual locations, might be slightly higher priced than some other local places , but totally worth the money for good vets and servic

Docs and staff are great! We’ve been seeing them for years for our pets. In good circumstances and bad... they’ve show compassion and care that is top notch! I’d like the check in and out process to be simpler- it takes way too long to get what you need after the appt in my opinion- maybe a system change or streamline? My only criticism-

Love this place! I have brought my animals to east central my whole life! They may be on the more pricey side of things but you can't put a price on trust and i have total trust in them! I know the Mora location does not do large animals anymore which is a bummer but they are awesome with small animals! This company is honest, upfront, provide quality care and beyond, answer questions (no matter how many or "silly") and super friendly and knowledgeable! I recommend them to everyone!

Awesome caring people. Excellent practitioners . Vets and techs alike . They are always offering information and teaching ways to improve and simplify cares for my dogs There flexibility with scheduling is a god send for working people.
They are always ready willing to squeeze, or rearrange appointments if you need a last minute change.
There communication is top notch as well always returning my calls with preparation and expedience.

Ps I will say - cost for an office visit are something that needs to be addressed !!
To much $ for an office visit. I understand for an initial, first time visit , requires more time , discussion and assessment =more $
However, the cost stays the same no matter if it is the first or 31st office visit!!! $100.00 for each visit with a vet 😩
As a medical professional myself. I do not see that kind of money for visit.
