I just purchased a 2024 Escape from Varsity Ford, this is the third vehicle my husband and I have purchased from them in 4 years. In 2020 I had found three Explorers on their website that I was interested in, I made a call and was connected with Tony Madison. He was wonderful to work with! I found the vehicle I wanted and he worked with us to get the best possible deal on it. A year later my husband was looking for a vehicle and we had such a great experience with Tony in purchasing my vehicle that we knew we wanted to work with him again. My husband found a vehicle he wanted and at the last minute things did not work out as the vehicle hadn't gotten to the dealership yet. Tony went above and beyond to find a better choice and a better deal on a Edge. My husband has been extremely happy with it. Last month when we unexpectedly found ourselves looking for a vehicle for me and I shopped Varsity's website over Memorial day weekend. I found a 2024 Platinum Escape and on Tuesday morning made a call to Tony and worked out the purchase deal pretty much without even seeing the vehicle until we went in to close the deal. Great experience from Varsity Ford from the Initial phone call until I drove my truck off the lot. The service, follow up, and ease of signing for my vehicle made it a great experience. I purchased my new 2020 Fusion at Varsity, had it serviced at Varsity and had it brought to Varsity after a parking lot collision. I was treated like a valued customer. Within a couple days I was given an estimated completion date and sent text messages every few days to update the status. The repairs were completed 5 days ahead of the expected date.

Makes me really think why can't all dealerships be like this one. Car buying can often be stressful and seldom a fun experience but they were very supportive and helped me with everything from the moment I stepped into the front door to the final signature. I had a fantastic experience here, sounded like other customers did as well while I was there, and if you--the reader--are looking for a car and Varsity Ford pops up, I highly recommend here.

Went to Varsity Lincoln for my lease renewal on a whim - had previously dealt with a different dealership. Nick Z was the first salesperson we saw and test drive several vehicles. He stayed in communication with us and made releasing a pleasant experience. Nick was so helpful and I will be back to see him again in 2 years when my lease ends!

We had a great experience with Varsity Ford when we ordered our new Maverick XLT Hybrid. We had just stopped in to ask some questions about the Maverick before deciding whether to get one or not. After talking to our salesperson, Jeff Scott, we ordered one that day. He answered all our questions and addressed any concerns we had truthfully and authoritatively.
We knew that we would have a long wait until we received our Maverick, and it was long, eight months. Jeff made it clear that this would be the case, but he stayed in touch whenever there was an update.
Once the Maverick was delivered, Jeff made the process of actually purchasing it as smooth as possible. So Jeff and Varsity made the whole experience as easy and pleasant as possible.
