R U Game

I am a Vendor at R U Game, HOWEVER, while I do have a business relationship with Benjamin and his staff, I have to speak to the amazing way they not only treat their vendors but how welcoming and warm they are to their customers and community.

Benjamin has on several occasions offered sage advice to not only myself, and other vendors but seeks to be a solid and unbiased opinion on the Tabletop and TCG gaming community at large. His staff are knowledgeable and greet vendor and customer alike at the door, a touch which makes the shop and gaming areas not only approachable but an incredibly comfortable third space to all those seeking someplace to play and be seen playing.

R U Game is one of many a handful of shops in the Ann Arbor Saline area serving the tabletop crowd, however it's my belief they stand out for their focus on customers and community building as well as the way they stand behind local vendors and artisans such as myself.

I've frequently sat with either laptop or notepads, and worked out new ideas and brainstorming, edited videos or made social media posts all while having Ben and his community within literal arms reach and the staff's valued opinions available to my efforts. If you're a Gamer or Tabletop Community member I'd very much recommend visiting and simply being in the atmosphere they've created and the fun they very obviously have running the store and cultivating a solid community. Give a shot for yourself, if U're Game that is.

New place and love it. Board games you can demo for cheap. Friendly, passionate service that are also gamer nerds. Everything you could ask for for anything table top themed, including miniature supplies. Can find commission sold pre own games for cheaper too. Literally has it all. Even a movie theater and good places to eat nearby.

HUGE selection of board games, table top game accessories, and trading card game accessories! There are some great gaming-culture unique items like artwork there as well!

Very spacious to hang out and play games, from a mahjong table to card tournament room with snacks and drinks.

Staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable! Worth the trip out from nearby.

Everything you need for Role Play Games. Large Assortment of R.P.G along with a space for playing games at the store. Also carrying paints for miniatures and much more for any avid gamer. Coming soon is an area for Video games where you can buy used or sell games. The owners are incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly. Make this your spot In Michigan for all your gaming needs.

Wonderful staff, always helpful with suggestions or demonstrations. Having a testing library for games here is a great solution for anyone wary of buying new board games they've never played. Rented space in the back for a group, reasonably priced, clean and private rooms available.

A lovely gaming space! They have a play testing library and the owner walked us through the rules to a new game we wanted to try. The whole staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend checking this place out!

I always have a great time when I go in, the staff is welcoming and they greet my daughter (She is 3.5 yrs old) and distract her a little so I can look around. Good Backup for warhammer products and citadel paints if you cant find something in stock elsewhere.

A big store with lots of options! Plus, some very nice and knowledgeable employees!
They have demo games and soon a play room for you to try/test games out before you buy them! Great place to go after seeing a movie right next door!

Perfect place for my husband and I to have a date night. We came and paid to play the game library they have available. We found 3 games that we loved and got to try and play while we were there. The staff is awesome cause they have played the games and help us with any questions we have about the games. There's a class on mahjong that I want to take sooo bad. Seems like a great atmosphere place to bring alot of friends and hangout.

This place has a great (and growing) selection of games. The staff are super helpful and responsive to questions and suggestions. You can try out certain games before you buy and they also host weekly events!

Had an excellent first time visit here earlier this afternoon, staff is incredibly friendly and they have a more unique selection of board games than I've seen in the saline/Ann arbor/ypsi area but also have a great selection of airbrush paints as well as other army painter products as well as some war gaming models

From the looks of things they have a hobby (painting/building/puzzle) table set inside front of the shop should you ever want to just enjoy the ambience.

I'm also pleased to say that they're open to supporting local artists, and have a small display of patches, pins, etc displaying work for sale.

On top of all that, they have an automatic mahjong table theyre more than happy to demo for people interested and will be providing lessons and opportunities to rent it for play! (I probably forgot a lot, but I've already fallen head over heels for this shop and it's staff!)

Really impressed with the customer service of the Wizard! I stopped by to kill 10 minutes over lunch and discovered a gem of a game store! I love their $5 game test offering (6 people can play any game from their library and if you want to buy it the $5 goes to the purchase). Overall killer selection of board games and card games.

Great selection, so many board games to choose from. Also have a good selection of dice and other board game accessories. Spacious back room for live events, was just getting set up when I went.

Staff is friendly, approachable, and obviously passionate about the hobby. I got a game recommendation I would never have found otherwise, although I'm not as deep in board games as I used to be. Also as a nice aside, they have art for sale from local artists, like prints and stickers.

Cool space with a lot of selection. The store is a lot bigger than I thought it would be, tons of space in the back for gaming.

Owner was super friendly and walked me through some of the things they're actively working on, and you can tell they're committed to building an inclusive gaming environment for everyone to enjoy.

This is such a great store. They have a decent section for miniatures and paints plus a great selection of board games. I haven't used it but there is a section in the back for playing board games and you can rent some to play from the store.

Really loved this store

We booked a private room for an afternoon for a 30th birthday party and had a really great time. The staff was very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. We had brought a few games from home for 6 adults to play, but the library of games to borrow from has a great variety and the staff made some great recommendations. Our guests loved that there were copies available to purchase afterwards. Highly recommend R U Game!

So excited there is a game store so close to my mom's house! They said you can bring in games to sell on consignment (to make room for more games 😋) and they have a room in the back where you can play their 'demo' games. I love this place and the whole idea of going out to play new games with friends!

Very happy with all my encounters at this store location, been to multiple events so far and have nothing but good experiences!

Stopped in tonight for the first time. We didn't even know they were there because they are not on the WOTC website for events like the other LGS. You have to look at their website or Facebook page currently for events. The owner is super nice. Their prices are very competitive, they're reasonable about trade in, and they go above and beyond on integrity. Definitely a place we will want to be doing business in the future and head there to play MTG. I really hope they do well. And hopefully they'll be a WPN store in the future, that would be super awesome!
