The staff was awesome and very patient with my son when he was picking out his Tims.. they also held my UGGS for me til end of day while I shopped... The entire staff was awesome!

Ok so a little back story. I'm a young teenager with ginormous feet, 14's and growing. I was looking for hey dudes and I wanted to see if they had any in my size. The guy working there helped me with everything. Brought out 4 pairs of shoes to see what I liked. He also told me how to wash them and gave me some advice on how to find shoes in my size. Thank you very much!

Went in to buy a pair of shoes. The size I needed wasn't in stock. The employee was very helpful as and had them shipped to my home (free shipping). Received them 2 days later and was highly satisfied with the shoes.

Today, I recieved AMAZING customer service from a genuinely nice and extremely helpful woman. She earned my purchase lol i chose to stay and make my shoe purchase here instead of go check other places first. Thank you!
