What a hidden gem! I just happened to get off the exit for a different reason and saw the signs for the outlets on the ramp. This store has the most shoes I have ever seen in one place for women! Plus it is very well organized, super clean (even the clearance racks), prices were clearly marked and friendly staff!

Good store!! Just need more in smaller sizes...5 & 6 But I finally did find sandles that I liked AND COULD WEAR!!!!!

Got school shoes out of the way for Fall so I was super excited and my checkbook isn't crying! My only critique is I was shocked that more sales associates didn't approach us compared to other stores we have shopped in. Normally if feels like we have to beat them off with a stick...so it was nice to shop in peace, but it was out of the ordinary for Famous Footwear.

The employees there are very friendly and willing to help! They have several shoes and boots to choose from. They have men's, women's and children's, tennis shoes, dress shoes, casual shoes, work boots and work shoes, exc... They also have different brand names, I got Skechers sandals that looks nice with a skirt that I have. :)

If you take your receipts to the shopper services place in the outlet mall, they'll give you free clutter.

Sales lady was very helpful, looking for a man's size 12 slippers. They had many to choose from. Found just what I was looking for!

Great selection of fitness shoes...would've liked a larger selection of women's sandals tho.
