Rachel showed us around, was never pushy and was great with my energetic kids! We had a lot of fun (there is even a kids zone to entertain the kids!). She had great suggestions and helped us decide on the most comfortable couch that will look great in our home for many years. The quality and prices are truly outstanding!

What a beautiful store!!! We visited when we were on our mini-noon and fell in love with everything in the store! The furniture is stunning and very high quality. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this store! Shop local.

When I came in the store Heidi greeted me right away. She was so friendly. I was updated on the current sale. No one was intrusive while I browsed I made a purchase and was able to talk with the owner. He assisted with checkout and even wrapped the gift! I had such a pleasant experience and definitely recommend stopping in for a visit.

I popped in this afternoon browsing. The staff were so friendly and professional. I had my eye on a gift for my husband. They checked me out efficiently and wrapped it without me even asking. I'll definitely be back again. Heidi was great! The owner stopped by to say hello as well..

There was a group of us from Canadian Lakes Michigan wandering around Lowell for the day. We stopped in this store… What a great experience. Rachel was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed wandering around and very happy with our purchases.

I am a first time homebuyer and I waltzed into MI Hometown Furnishings hoping I could find good quality, oversized sectionals in my price range. Not only did I leave that store with EXACTLY what I was looking for, but the process along the way was truly amazing. Rachel and Ken (but specifically Rachel) knocked it out of the park. They were helpful, informative, and not too "salesy/pushy" like other stores I've been to. I have nothing but amazing things to say about MI Hometown Furnishings. 10/10 recommend!!

Great Service!! Provided us with exactly with what we needed, so I could be home. Doctors told me I needed a lift recliner chair for my recovery. We called them told them we did not care about color, just explained to them what the doctor told me I needed to get. They assured me they knew what I needed and had it delivered to my house in an hour half. I appreciate their knowledge and efforts in helping me in my recovery. Thank you

This chair is worth the wait!! The comfiest chair I have ever ever sat in. I knew I should have ordered 2, my husband has said he found his new home lol.

A hidden gem! So glad we found you through social media and made the trip from Hudsonville. Beautiful store with beautiful furniture and friendly (not high pressure) staff available to answer any questions. Sara was wonderful to work with, also your coffee bar and kid center is a brilliant idea!
We were in the middle of a remodel and had been looking at furniture for months but hadn't found just the right fit, we brought our designer back with us for the 2nd/3rd time before settling on our pieces and couldn't be happier! Pictures to come.

Excellent selection, reasonable low prices, and close to good food. Place was very busy for their grand opening! Lots of cool local makers sell their goods here as well.

Truly hope they stay in Lowell for a good long time. Kari was amazing to work with. From type of furniture for our home environment to the fabric choices, she was patient with us as we decided on budget and what we liked. We scrapped everything and started over once and she just went with the flow and we ended up with something I know we are going to love! Highly recommend paying the $50 to have her come to your home so she can make personal recommendations based on your space.

UPDATE: I really can't say enough good about this company! A huge thank you to Kari and the owner for working with us when the recliner we bought wasn't quite right. They have gone above and beyond for us and we are so grateful.

I have drove by this place many times and never been in there. We stopped in today and bought a Sectional. What a wonderful place. I can’t remember better customer service than we received today. Please stop in and check it out. Very nice.

Furniture shopping always seems to be a pain but I found MI hometown online and wanted to get a quote on a bed and sent an email. Not more than 10 min later I received a call and they were able to work with me to get a really nice bed at a very reasonable price. When I went to pickup the bed the place was a little hard to find as the tent in front blocked the front view. My first impression when I walked in was this was a nice place and I was able to look around and not be uncomfortably followed. Even though this store is a drive for me I will be returning.

Friendly, helpful staff without being overly helpful; eye-candy displays; great selection of items from small decor to large furniture pieces. Lowell and the surrounding areas are lucky to have this gem right here. Love the pieces we’ve purchased; looking forward to the next excuse to shop again!

Excellent place The sales ladies were there to help, but gave you space to look around. If there were questions that needed an answer they were friendly, and in a kind manner, would answer your question. There was not any pressure whatsoever. There was a good selection of different styles and colors to choice fro, for me it was sofas.. This store is having a liquidation sale with great prices. This store is located on the main street in Lowell. There is other MI Hometown furniture stores ,check on the website on line.
