There is a great group at this location, everyone us helpful and has a smile. Happy this is the location that is nearest me, because I would drive further just to use it!

I frequent here, Channahon, Joliet and Plainfield locations on a very regular basis. While I have no experience in getting a passport here(as others have complained about), all other aspects of their service is top notch. I wish Jim worked at every post office that I went to, as he is beyond patient and helpful anytime I am here. By far, this is my go to post office in the area.

Great service

Usually when I bring my packages here, it takes a long time for them to even leave that location. The items also take forever to get to my buyer.

This location needs to change their hours to be more accommodating to the community. Many people run errands during their lunch hours, including going to the post office, and yet this post office is closed for lunch. There is no reason why they can't have staggered lunch times for the postal workers and stay open from 12:30-1:30 p.m.

Poor customer service.

I agree with the majority of reviews posted here. The customer service at this location is horrendous. It seems most of these reviews are about 1, or maybe 2, employees in particular. How they keep their job(s) is beyond me. The job is literally customer service and they always just seem so mean and angry, as if they don't want to do the one job they have. I have been to this location many times and it is always the same. I also never write reviews but this needs to be addressed.
