ink by Hudson (Concourse B)

Wow they have the most incredible selection!! Something for everything!!

I've never seen a well-stocked bookstore for true book lovers in an airport before.

Ignore "On Tour with Nate". This is "ink by Hudson" and his review pertains to "Hudson Nonstop". The book prices are standard and good, especially for paperbacks being under $10. I gave them 4/5 stars because all of their stationary is extremely overpriced. $20 for a journal, and $7.50 for three pens. I just needed a cheap pen to write with.

The rudest staff I’ve ever experienced. My 2 year old was looking at children’s books quietly with my husband, and like we weren’t there but loud enough for us to hear started saying, we had too many bags, looking isn’t free, we better buy if we’re looking, and then my son dropped a small paper book 6 inches and they said “you break it you buy” “just saying” who does she think she is?

This is a review for Hudson Express as it is open and not permanently closed as of April 2023. On concourse B. A cashier-less store with employees to just stand there and tell you to scan your credit/debit card to enter. You shouldn’t have to to do this to browse and see if they have what you want. I had to walk to a competitor not too far away on the concourse but it was worth it because I could see what I wanted before having to give up my credit card info and facial recognition.

Reject this tech. Use only stores that have real workers that can provide customer service and troubleshoot problems and solutions.

No star rating for this place- I purchased $11.22 from ink on hudsson on July 24, 2022- concourse B location- I went to check my bank account and the dirt bag cashier ran my card a additional three times. Do not buy a thing from this place ever!! Your credit will be abused or stolen- best to bring your own reading material -- Shame on them !!! Shame on midway airport.

Store closes at 1:30 in afternoon. Posted hours say different. Guess I didn't need the book. Not rude just forceful about closing.
