Our veterinarian retired. We were very worried about finding an individual who was as caring, professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable as he was. ( 45 years as a veterinarian) Dr McMahon and his staff are absolutely top-notch!! They are extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and caring!! A good veterinarian is actually hard find. Going forward our fur babies are definitely being trusted to the care of Grand Prarie Animal Hospital!!

Super friendly and efficient staff. I moved here in 2021 and called their office first! They’ve always been great with my 7 yr old boxer mix! Any concerns or questions I’ve had they were very helpful and explained their explanations thoroughly.
In the past I’ve had other vet offices brush off my concerns or answer condescendingly, but NEVER have I felt that way at this office.

They are so friendly and willing to help their customers! Happy smiles and wagging tails from this dog mom and her boy!

Dr. Jim was thorough and provided the best assessment of my dogs health. I had went to another vet and felt I didn’t get all the information/assessment I needed. Even though the information I received was not good news. I highly recommend this clinic!

Dr. Wilde has been Nola's vet for the past 7 years, while the staff are very professional Nola's needs are very unique as she is a USAF Service animal and has traveled the world. During out travels she has needs and at times Dr. Wilde has always been there to get her thru. As German Shepard she is very protective of me but Dr. Wilde handles her with the utmost care and trust. The staff is so friendly and now that she is getting older and as all living creatures she has the best care from his staff and partners. If there was a rating he would be Michelin star and we are so glad to meet him thru a referral from another patients owner.

Good people. Went there for a new puppy wellness checkup. Dr Ross and staff are very friendly, kind and thorough. Addressed all my questions and concerns. Will be recommending them to other people .

Dr. McMahon and the staff were all so kind and comforting to us when our cat Coco passed. He took his time and explained everything, he was so nice and down to earth. We are so grateful that they helped us understand what happened to our fur baby.

Dr. Bill is great! He's a great vet, and his staff is amazing. We feel so lucky that this is our hometown vet. When me moved to the area, one of things we dreaded was finding a new doctor for our fur babies. They really care, and we have had nothing but good experiences.

We had some fatty tissue/tumors removed from our older dog, Linus. Being an senior dog, we were concerned on his ability to handle the surgery and recovery. Dr. Wild and his staff understood our concerns and made every effort to address them.
Shortly after the surgery we discovered what we thought could be a potential complication from the surgery. Dr. Wild squeezed us in the next day to exam Linus. Everything was fine, and Dr. Wild reaffirmed that should we have any concerns, that we should contact them immediately.

Dr Bill and his staff are very kind and knowledgeable. They were able to see our Oscar for a severe rash/allergy when our vet was completely booked. Dr Bill treated Oscar and within 24 hours he was doing great. They even called the next day to see how Oscar was doing. Looks like we found a new vet 🐶🐾🐾😘

Dr. Wild is the best vet I have ever been to. I have had dogs all my life and have never met such a caring and compasionate person. He always takes his time and explains things so you understand. I wouldn't go to anyone else with my dog.

Got in for an emergency appointment. Vet was amazing. Will be transferring both my cats to this clinic.

Recently moved to elwood and needed a vet. First visit was today. Can't say enough about this place. Clean, clean clean. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! Doctor was amazing and on the same page as me when it comes to necessary shots. Absolutely would recommend to friends with 4 legged fur babies.

AMAZING!!! This was not our typical vet but they were able to fit us in when our elderly cat was passing and no other place was able to take us in. They were so responsive and caring as we were putting him down. Would highly recommend!
