I needed a part. I called and they had it. I was able to get there but no room for a truck and trailer. I managed to get turned around and went in for my part..I had a card issue, no fault of theirs , but was there a little more than an hour. Staff was great. Talked trucks while I was there. Thank u.

The manager Armando is amazing ! Had car troubles on my way from Grand Rapids to Saginaw . My car cut off on me, started up the next day then died after trying to drive it for 5 minutes to a better location, and it died right in front of Napa. From my insurance I was quoted at 900$ for a tow back to GR :( ANYWHO I explained everything that was going on with my car . Not only did Armando recognize my power steering was electric , unlike the mechanic my insurance company sent, but he also checked my battery multiple times and then diagnosed the problem ! Along with all this he offered me a same day fix ! He literally found the problem , and fixed it, was friendly , polite and helpful the entire time ! Along with Armando his co worker Jim was also helpful by putting in my battery while Armando tended to customers. They deserve more than 5 starts for their amazing work ! I am so grateful and honestly recommend them to anyone , blessings to you both thank you so much ‼

Our customer service young man was excellent both times we have stopped to get Oil and filters.. very friendly and knowledgeable.. Excellent service..he deserves a raise !!!!! Don't remember his name but do remember he drives a lifted suburban...come on NAPA give him a raise !! Great employees are hard to come by these days !!

Staff was super friendly! Very knowledgeable in what I was looking for! They definitely went above and beyond their midland store! Would recommend over any part store in Saginaw! Frank and big poppi made the trip worth it!

SEAN IS THE MAN! I drove an hour and a half to buy a tonneau cover today, and unfortunately it did not have clamps and I had no way to secure it to my truck to get it all the way home. I figured if anywhere had something I could use to secure it down Napa would be the place. After a little brainstorming, Sean remembered he had a personal set of tonneau cover clamps and offered to just give them to me! I did pay him some cash and give him a gift card for a steakhouse I had on me. That’s the best customer service I have ever experienced! Thank you so much Sean from Napa!!! Y’all rock!!!

Best parts store around hands down. Brian the manager knows more about parts and cars than most of the people fixing them. If you want the wrong parts and poor attitude go to AutoZone. If you want the job done right the first time this is where you need to be

I started at Autozone and asked for brake rotors and pads all the way around and he asked if I knew the size and I said there is only one size for the front and one size for the rear and he said I recommend you get me the correct size you need and I said I will go somewhere else and went to Napa and $400 later here I am with everything I needed and more. I had been looking all morning for a steering gear box for my 93 GMC PU and after going to six different auto stores and nobody had an gearbox in stock so i decided to stop by NAPA auto parts on M46 and inquired about a gearbox, the guy said they didn't have one there but they could have it by 12 noon and said he'll call me when it comes in, to my surprise at 12 noon on the nose my cellphone rang and it was the sales clerk at NAPA calling to inform me that my part was in as promised at 12 noon. Now thats what i call excellent on time service as promised.

The guys here are amazing. Never treat me like "a girl that don't know about cars". They never try to sell you things you don't need. Also borrowed us tools to change a part and helped.

Great service and knowledgeable employees. I use them personally and for my employer, it's always a positive experience.

They have a great group of people working for them, good prices and if they don't have what you need, they will have it the same day or a few days at most.
