The Home Depot

We love going to our local home depot! Our most recent trip was for carpet - Sean in the flooring department was an absolute rockstar! We met with him earlier in the week when we picked our carpet selection and then received a follow-up call later in the week from him checking to see if we were able to place our order online. We ended up realizing we didn't think our order went through after speaking with him, so we went into the store, and Sean helped us get everything squared away. Having associates that go above and beyond really make the difference - we'll be customers for life!

This store is the best home depot I've ever visited. Associate on floor was very helpful and nice. Associate at check out was very helpful getting us checked out. Thank you Elizabeth at the check out. Your store is further than home depot on bay rd but Associates make it worth the extra miles.

The employee that helped me was very knowledgeable and new just went the product I was looking for was located

Today we bought a new Maytag refrigerator. Shane, our salesman, was informative, helpful and patient. I would recommend him and Home Depot. In the past 3 years we have purchased 3 refrigerators from the local Maytag store in Saginaw. They could and would not compare. We ended up purchasing a better quality Maytag at a lower price and no delivery charge. The Maytag store would charge us $150 delivery. No brainer.

Had everything I was looking for. Had gone to another Home Depot minutes before and they didn't have the Drill Driver or the wood I needed to complete my project, but this Home Depot had what I needed. And the help was excellent...

They always have what I need. The floor employees are friendly.

Very nice store, has pretty much everything you need to do it yourself construction or repair at home. They have knowledgeable staff and their own product is extremely effective.

Love this place!! Always helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. We just bought a washer and dryer. I told him exactly what I wanted. I had already looked it up. Was quick and efficient. We also got free delivery. They were also great!

It's a fortunate thing we have Home Depot near us. My husband sometimes goes there so many times a day, that the employees wonder why he's not wearing his red apron and name tags.

We came from Bay City to get a ring that they had for $59.99. Our local Home Depot had none.. I search online and they said they had 6 left in Shields Home Depot we got there they had none they gave us $20.00 off the $99.99. I was very please. She said that is the least we can do for you coming this far. That is the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. 5 stars to you Home Depot would give you more if I could. From a very pleased customer.

Hands down, best Home Depot I have ever been in. There were workers in nearly every aisle & every single one of them asked if I needed help. Manager (Alan) loaded my car. I am still stunned that I had such a great experience. The ones in AZ, CA & other states I've shopped in should find out what these folks are doing & replicate their enthusiastic demeanor. Hats off to all of them!
