These guys were outstanding! I called with what I thought was an emergency and Doug was out that day. Working with the staff at Damon Plumbing and another company who had done interior work, we determined how best to fix the issue and save me a significant amount of money. Kayla, Braden, Skylar, and Brian were all very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Skylar is a magnificent operator of heavy equipment and Brian is super quick to anticipate needs and keep the project moving. I could not be happier with the prep work, communication between contractors (there were 2 working on my home) to each other and with me, the respect shown to me and my family, the willingness to find a creative cost-saving solution, the on-time appearances, the appreciation of input during the project, and willingness to learn.

This is a local family owned business that are very dependable and do very high quality work. I have always been pleased with how quickly they respond and get the work completed.
We were referred by a local builder three years ago and have been so happy with everything they have done. We started with having a complete septic system installation. The work was done quickly and the system works great! We had them replace some leaking pipes and also install a new gas line into the house. Just recently they handled all the plumbing for a bathroom remodel and replaced all of our old leaking pipes. They installed and wired our new heat pump water heater as well. The work is always very professional, and we have been very pleased with each and every worker who has helped us out.

Very punctual and professional outfit. Braden does a great job explaining their process and has a great support staff to execute. Have worked at my house and my business buildings and have been nothing but spectacular and available with a schedule. Would recommend them for all plumbing needs as well a good source for recommending other contractors.

Fabulous experience with Damon’s. We needed our entire pipe system replaced. They were quick, thorough, timely and friendly. They explained what they were doing and why it was needed along with the price. No surprises. Rusty and Austin were awesome. I could not give them a higher recommendation.

Damon's did the plumbing for our new build. Had low water pressure so they increased the pressure as we asked but cautioned us it might cause a problem with the water heater. It did and they immediately lowered the pressure and we thought it was fixed. Another small water leak and they were there within 5 minutes to inspect and explained the problem and added an expansion tank the same morning. They have been excellent to explain, respond and work with. I highly recommend them.

I was treated with courtesy and respect from the first moment I called throughout the time of the service call. The young man who came to my house was very professional and obviously knew what he was doing. He took care of the issue and was pleasant and well-mannered. I would definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.

Good communication, easy to deal with, good professional service and reasonable cost. I will definitely be calling them again the next time I need a plumber.

We are building our house and have Damon’s plumbing doing all the electrical and plumbing.They are very personable, reasonable pricing, and flexible for all your needs. Very responsive with any questions you might have. Couldn’t ask for a better group of guys!

One of the best around!! Great group of hard working guys that I recommend to all my friends and family! They worked hard to give me beat results at the cheapest price! Hell of a lot cheaper than calling someone from a bigger city/town and paying their way to my house!

They said they were going to call before showing up because they said they're at nobody was available that day or possibly even the next so I called another company. Then their employees just showed up at my house asking what needed to be done and I said sorry. Somebody else already came here because the person who answered the phone said you weren't going to be able to come before at least a couple days and they would call beforehand but apparently they didn't so drove out for nothing.

We called this company a week before Thanksgiving 2022 for service and they said they would add us to their list but it might be couple of weeks. We never heard from them after two weeks and they said they had people out sick when we called to see when they might be coming. December 28 I called them again and I was told no one was in to work. I told them we have been waiting since before Thanksgiving and we could no longer wait any longer and that I was going to call someone else. I think we were more than patient with them.

I called 2 weeks ago for help with a leak in my basement. Receptionist said she would put me on the schedule for the following week. Never have had a follow up call or a plumber show up
