McDonald's

This was a experience. I was travelling through this McDonald's and the food was your typical McDonald's. But the staff were friendly ,respectable and kept the place very clean. (The bathrooms were the cleanest I've been in with a McDonald's )

The owner even showed me around with a smile. N

Ordered on app, waited 5 minutes...total time start to finish was 10 mins.

McDonald's is the place I choose when trying to save a buck. Still more inexpensive than other burger joints available. When eating McDonald's I tend to choose the deluxe quarter pounder with cheese meal. I cannot recall a thing visiting this establishment where I had a complaint about it. My food has always been received hot and fresh. Interactions with staff has been quite pleasant and agreeable. Always friendly and polite.

Every time I have entered the establishment it has been tidy. The atmosphere is pleasant and the decor is of your standard McDonald's style.

Faster service and minimal mistakes than some other area McDonald's.

I personally am very satisfied with my dealings at this establishment and highly recommend a fairly inexpensive and fast bite.

Got an early morning coffee. Place was clean and bright. Coffee was as you'd expect.

I don't go to McDonald's much anymore because the food is usually cold, and some of the unprofessionalism of employees at some of them leaves a lot to be desired. However, the one in Pittsfield was fast and friendly, and the employees were by far the most courteous and respectful of any other's I've been to. Not to mention, my food was hot and fresh...as it should be every time at all McDonald's restaurants. This one is hands down, the best one I've ever been to. Thanks for everything... you guys made it worth it in every way!

I'm only reviewing this McDonald's to say their bathrooms are super clean which is super valuable information when you're on a road trip. So thank you to the staff here for keeping the bathrooms so clean!!

We always have good service here
Food comes out in a timely manner and is hot. Whenever we are in Pittsfield, we eat here. Far better McDonald's than the Jerseyville one.

The deluxe spicy chicken was awful. Only this you taste is heat, no flavor. It gets 5 starts because it's McDonald's so who expects chicken to taste good there.... so I just say it's my fault get Hamburgers at a Hamburger place.

Your cheeseburger was sooo good today!! Salt and pepper, mustard and onions, along with the usual pickles and catsup!! It was a great improvement!!!
Really good drive thru service. Super friendly workers. They make the experience better!!

The lines were long but pretty quick. The service was exilant and the staff was quick and professional. I had to change my order mid way and they accommodated me with no problems.

Was very impressed with the Pittsfield McDonalds from the time we entered -- it was immaculately clean and every staff person including the man cleaning the restroom was kind and friendly. When our order was processed incorrectly the manager bent over backwards to make it right. This store should be a model for every McDonalds' restaurants which aren't this way.

Fast service! Super friendly local folks who care about the community. I would like to see a little more attention paid to sandwich assembly. Lots of times some of ingredients are half falling off the bun, especially noticeable on Filet of Fish.

I live about an hour from here and was just passing through when I decided to get some food. Best overall experience I've ever had at a McDonald's.

It’s McDonalds, so you know what your getting, but this location is a step above the rest. Clean, friendly service (thank you kind, morning indoor cashier lady) and the egg McMuffins are super fresh and made with love...they actually looked and tasted like the advertised picture...will stop by again!!!
