Dr. Ben Pospisil

Dr. Ben and his entire team is unlike any other dentist i have been to and in a good way. Katie at the front desk is warm, welcoming, patient, and helpfully proactive. The whole team is friendly, reassuring, and actually focuses on your comfort. You feel welcomed here. Dr. Ben is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things. They asked me what level of dentist care I want and what im looking for from a dentist and this is not something any dentist has ever asked me or cared about. 10/10 two thumbs up, as many stars as I can give them. I have a lot of anxiety at doctors and dentists and I usually shake like a leaf the second I hit the chair, but the team here really put me at ease and it was a good experience.

I MUST testify that Dr Ben Pospisil(and his sweet staff!!!!) is/are one of the very best doctors(and offices) I've EVER consulted with. I have met with well over 30 different doctors(Hopkins, West Virginia Univ., University of Iowa, every specialty I can think of-and Im a RN) I've tried over 60 medications,procedures, treatments, and injections over the last 5 years. I have had a searing/knife like, migraine-mimicking, all the time I felt like I had a nail sticking through my forehead into my brain, also mixed with a partial
tension-headache portraying pain in my face 24hrs/day, 7 days each week for 5 long years!
After 4 years and 10 months to be exact of persistent fighting and harassing and advocating for my health I eventually was give the diagnosis of "status migrainosus" (crap diagnosis for headache unable to be treated nor having a known cause-PERMANENT face pain; NOPE,not accepted! I SERVE THE GREAT PHYSICIAN-He will hear my cry and heal me!)

I was on The verge of filing for disability at 33 years old this year because I was unable to work consistently , not able to care for my 7 children,or be the wife I needed to be for my wonderful hubby because I was in so much pain!!!

My situation; A Complicated temporalmandibular joint disorder issues that ended up causing trigeminal neuralgia -also known as the suicide disease, me being on short term disability and unable to care for my children, and often bedridden.

1 day (ONE DAY!!!!) after using the appliance custom fit for me by Dr Ben I woke up with less of a headache and I actually slept through the night for the first time in months. 2 weeks later was able to cut my anti-seizure meds(for the severe electrocution pains/nerve pain), cut in half! Just keeps getting better!
His accurate treatment has spared me from more misdiagnoses, and more grueling constant face pain and unnecessarily procedures and wasting of money. I am on my way to recovery and believe I will be able to be the wife, mom, and woman God designed me to be more and more each day!🙌🏻

All other health bases/treatments were covered and in Iowa anyway done correctly! And I am SO very thankful for the Iowa doctors who have helped me with my health battles.
Dr. Sharon Collins, Dr. Michael Brooks, Dr. Carol Gunnett. We still need to determine what is causing my full body inflammation autoimmune issues but with my head/face pain more under control I'm getting my life back! That is priceless!

I was referred by the world's top oral facial jaw surgeon, Dr. Piper's trained dentist, Dr Peggy Dennis in Florida to Dr Ben Pospisil in a round-about-ONLY-God-could-do kinda way.🙌🏻 He is 15min from my house in Mount Vernon Iowa!!! Because of his treatment I'm now able to live each day with less pain now than I have in 5 solid years!!!

I believe God for complete healing and I am so thankful for doctors who take the time to listen, be thorough, and take their job seriously, advocate and treat their patients root problems versus treating the symptoms!
