Very high praise to the new hires and whoever brought them in. Food and service was about 10x better than the last time I had it a couple months ago. I can tell they shook things up a bit and it really paid off. Back to weekly Penn Station trips again!!

This was my first time ever in a Penn Station and as soon as I walk in I’m greeted with smiles and a friendly atmosphere. Bri and chasmin were more than accommodating. And helped me pick the right sandwich.I’ve been in customer service for 5+ years and this establishment by far shows how much they care about their customers. Warmth, kindness and care is what they truly serve. I could not believe they made the lemonade in house, after a sample taste I’ll be sure to buy a large next time I’m in. This is my new favorite sandwich shop!

We have made this a weekly lunch destination! The food is great, staff has always been super polite and accomodating and the service is outstanding! And the cookies! OMG, they are INCREDIBLE! This place is definitely at the top of our favorites list.

Love their cheesesteak subs here. I get them with sauted onions, Mushrooms, banana peppers. The fries are good & a large is enough for 2 people.

Penn Station By Meijer Gas Station - I Can’t Remember The Young Lady’s Name But She Was Blonde With Glasses & A Penn Station Cap. She Was So Polite From The Time We Walked In Until The Time We Left & Smiled Every Time She Spoke To Us. She Was Patient With Us & Even Gave Us Water Cups Without Us Asking. Once Our Food Was Done, A Young Man Brought Us Our Food & The Young Lady Noticed That We Had Chips & Cookies As Well. She Made It Her Duty To Rush Over To Us With A Bag & Held It Open While We Put Our Food In. It’s The Little Things That Count & I’ve Been To This Penn Station Numerous Of Times & It’s Not That I Had A Bad Experience, It Just Was Never Like The One I Just Experienced Yesterday. Thank You To The Young Lady For All Of Your Help & We Hope You Go Further Within Your Job & Hope You Always Get Noticed For Your Awesome Customer Service!

Someone was there to take my order as soon as I walked in, very nice and made sure I was getting everything for my sandwich (even though I’m a plain Jane) nice place to eat I highly recommend everytime!

The food was hot and fresh , and the lady taking my order was friendly, she listened carefully to my order and made sure I knew about any up-charges so I wasn’t surprised, will definitely be coming back.

Very nice people and always accommodating. Food always comes out right never have to wait long. Love this place.

My first time eating there. I had to wait a little longer than I expected to get my food. On the upside the workers were all very nice and helpful. They even have a flat screen and ANNABELLE was showing so I was entertained until I got my food. Lol. Their sandwiches are delicious and they are loaded with meats and veggies!

I’m from out of town and went to try this place since it was near by and let me tell you it did not disappoint and the staff member was very kind and professional.
