Titanium car wash - Great customer service, great price. Robby and Joanna were super kind and very helpful. The experience was great, and the results speak for themselves. The use of the vacuum with different size nozzles and the ability to use compressed air after the wash sets the place apart. I plan on returning, great first experience

The Titanium experience was fantastic.The manager Kristin recommended and her customer service is amazing. Also it was improved from when I first started to use the service. Highly recommend this location!!!

Wow what a day!!! It first started with some bad news and progressively got worse. Abt 1 pm I took my Van to be washed where I regularly go. The wash was uneventful and I preceded to the vacuums. As I was pulling in to vaccum out the vehicle, I attempted to stop but hit the gas instead of the brake, causing me to run into the property’s brick wall. The bricks were only scratched with no additional damage. My vehicle wasn’t as fortunate, it was totaled.
The best part of wrecking my van was meeting Kristin, the manager of Mister Car Wash. As soon as I hit the wall, an angel appeared, that angel was Kristin. The first thing she was concerned abt was my safety, and I was so shook up I didn’t remember how to unlock the door, by this time she was on the phone with the paramedics n police. When I assured her i was okay, only then did she counsel that request.
I will never forget that day. And I will never forget Kristin, she was not only God -sent, but she has enlighten my mind, by reaffirming there are still wonderful n beautiful people in this world. I even got to speak with her supervisor, Robby, to let him know what a fantastic employee he has.
If you ever meet Kristin, please ask for Robby’s number. She is worth every good review she gets.

Like I have said a pic is worth a thousand words!?! For seven dollars the best dam car wash in bama thank you keep up the good service!?! The other car in this area can't hold a wash compared to Mister car wash!?! P.S opening @ 7am

Love Mister Car Wash… but especially love this location!😁 Everyone is so friendly. The new GM, Kristen, is so personable. Everyone just seems to go out of their way to make sure the customer is taken care of! AND…. The bathrooms are incredibly clean! I often times have my granddaughters with me, so we’re usually taking advantage of the bathrooms!👍🏻❤

Kristin, the new general manager is incredible. She went out of her way to make sure that the detail was flawless.

This location is great and the new gm Kristin was out greeting everyone as they came in. All the cleaning stalls were neat and everything worked great. I will continue coming here for a long time. Thanks Kristen!

Very fast service love the fact they added the unlimited member express line just wish they had a little shop to purchase a few items for your car like window wipes and air freshener

Mister Car Wash gets my car and tires clean and shiny. There are plenty of vacuums for the inside. I have a membership. If you use the car wash even twice a month, you are saving.

Just left the car wash and the GM Kristin was an amazing help and gave lots of resources to what’s offered. Really great prices, and awesome customer service.

We always love taking our car here because of the great service but today I came in a rental car due to an unfortunate event with our regular car that is in the shop. I fully expected to pay for my visit but one of the reps made sure that I didn’t have to pay for it since we have a membership! He went the extra mile to make sure to take care of us! That blows me away! Their service really shines through! It is totally worth paying extra even with the membership because of the service. Keep providing great service Mister Car wash! If I could make any suggestions it would be nice to have fragrance boosters! Not complaining though! 🙂💯

I took my SUV to the car wash in Madison, AL today, 7/8/2021. The vehicle is mostly parked outside under trees and was extremely dirty from recent storms; the car was covered in grime and debris. It rained today and I hoped it would soften the grime, but one round through the car wash did not budge most of it. The staff offered to let me go through the car wash several times, until all the grime was gone. Additionally, they scrubbed and pressure washed before each wash cycle. I was so impressed with their helpfulness, kindness, professionalism and willingness to help. I have been to this car wash many times, and each time I am very pleased with the facility and the staff. The facility is always clean, the vacuums work really well, and the staff is super nice and helpful! They all love my little dog, Peep, who goes with me everywhere. Major kudos!!!

Customer service at it's finest! My wife's sentimental jewelry was accidentally dropped and sucked up by the vacuum. General Manager Justin went above and beyond! While still managing his team to close the store, Justin worked with me and used his resources to shut off the vacuum and search high and low. We found the piece of Jewelry!! My wife is so thrilled by its unlikely recovery. Thank you Justin for going the extra mile. I hope the owner of this location understands what a dedicated team member they have running this store. Thanks again. Glad to give this location my business.

Finally got this car wash fixed. Yay. Loved it and will return. Thank you.

Fast wash for those days when you would like to get in and out. Lines can back up some days, but they have really improved the speed of which they get people in and out though i do sometimes get nervous by how close the car behind you can be at times. If anything stopped you inside I feel they would bump you. But once you are through you can use one of the many vacuums they have which is included in your wash payment. Though if you want to use them try to go in the week as on the weekend it can fill up quite fast with people that want to do EVERYTHING to their car at that moment. But I have enjoyed using it on days when I do my shopping at the Wal-Mart behind it.

Great car wash and vacuums since my original membership I have had many troubles! I have a membership now but every time I go its a hassle because for some reason they can't get my vehicle in the system so I have to sit and talk to manager and show thru my bank account that its paid! I was assured the last time that the manager fixed it but that's a big NO! I have sit and held up lines for 30 minutes!

The best car wash around! I usually do the top of the line wash for $18. It does a phenomenal job on my car & free vacuum & rug floor mat cleaning. They offer clean towels & rags with cleaning solution to use as well. Very friendly & helpful staff. Always busy but it's never a very long wait. Definitely worth a few minutes for 100% satisfaction!
