The lady working was very nice and informative, the center was clean and not noisy. I was worried about testing here because of the bad reviews, but I had a great experience.

The process of checking in was easy enough, and the instructions on the screen were easy to follow. Parking was abundant, and close to the entrance. The actual testing room is small, with maybe 8 testing “booths” and a glass window separating you from the “lobby”. I was there for a medical board exam, which I drove 2 hours to take, paid $500 and was the culmination of 10 years of education. Needless to say, a lot riding on this exam. About 65 questions into my three hour exam, the proctor began taking personal phone calls. For approximately 35 minutes I listened to her loudly socializing. Even with ear plugs in, I could hear every word of her conversation. As an easily distracted person, this was incredibly frustrating. After about 35 minutes of her, frankly, unacceptable behavior, I finally left the testing area and asked her to be quiet. She was mostly quiet, but did take an additional call at some point in time. I found it to be entirely unacceptable to have a proctor engraving in conversation that could affect the outcome of the test takers. In a high stakes situation like many of the test takers are in, an ideal environment is crucial. The proctors behavior was unacceptable. I would not recommend this facility if you need a quiet testing environment. Fortunately- I passed my boards, but not without extreme frustration.

Proctor arrived late and unable to login until 10 minutes after my test time. Then it took another 90 minutes before I was called and got to a computer. Then the computer was unable to be logged in for another 20 minutes. Overall, I wasted two hours waiting to begin my test. The other test takers were all in the same boat and many were delayed longer than me. Due to the issues, the center was loud and distracting. Overall, a very stressful experience and bad facility.

PSI cancelled my test 30 minutes before it was supposed to start due to "emergency situation." They didn't even call me, my school had to. I had been sitting in the parking lot for 40 minutes waiting to check in. Walked in to ask why she just shoved a slip of paper at me. Talk to me like I was an ideot for asking questions like "is there any way I can still do this today?" Or "why was my opponent cancelled?" No answer and no help. I had to ask off for this day three weeks in advance and I can't afford to take almost any days off. If there was literally any other options I would take them over this horrible service.

I took my AANP (nurse practitiorner) boards there yesterday and would never recommend this facility. The staff was rude and did not explain the process well. The staff member talked loudly during my exam to a maintenance man who was also drilling into the ceiling and climbing up and down a metal ladder. I have taken many tests at various testing facilities and have never experienced anything like this.

This is a joke. They have rescheduled me 4 times within 5 months and wait till 9pm the night before you are supposed to take your test. Then they push you out another month every time they reschedule. I have call over 10 times and no one can help nor do they care to try. I have been put on hold then hung up on every-time. I have lost 3 days of work because of this and they don’t care.

Got there hour and a half early so no chance of losing 325 dollar test fee and 30 before my appointment they call to say they are closed today. Weather had been forecast for several days but they wait until time of testing to call. I will ask ADEM to use someone else for testing, psi doesn't deserve the contract.

Employees at the time of this post were so rude and unprofessional. Students go there stressed out about testing and they could care less. Avoid if you can.
