Logan really out here representing Gen Z! Best of the best from Logan! I was surprised with how fast he Ported my phone number from Verizon and set me up on my very own account with a bundle deal on the iPhone 14 and some accessories to go with it. He had multiple people in the store and was working by himself, but he was very patient and helped everyone out in a very considerable time! He is great at multi tasking, helping one of his customers with their watch band not fitting correctly while porting over my phone number from Visible. Bye bye Visible hello ATT! Thank you Logan!!!

Went in because my old phone stopped working, left with a new one and a brand new number and all of my data switched from my old phone that didn't work! Logan really knows what he was doing, he made feel very comfortable because I was worried at first I would lose all of my information, but no one could beat the bundle offer that he made for me! Took my daughter in the store to upgrade her phone to the IPhone pro max 15, Logan was working and was very informative and thorough. I had some other issues with my phone plan and he helped me resolve the problem quickly with ease. Logan is well versed and knows his job well. Logan was amazing! Truly the best! I came in because customer service messed with my home phone and couldn't fix it, when I came in Logan looked at my account and ended up saving me and my husband money and getting a new phone for me with his amazing promotions! He even had a flip phone for my husband which I was hesitant at first, but he loves it because it is super simple and works greatly for him! We can't thank him enough now go and see him!

Att Charlotte is the place to be. Logan is the best manager there is, no doubt about that. He was straight to the point about everything, very clear and concise. Upgraded the entire family from older androids to the S24 family. Got my granddaughter the S24 Plus 512GB for FREE with here old A52! Logan and Alec helped us set the phones up earlier when they came in! They make a great team these guys. Looking forward to the next time I come in.

Logan and Cassie are wonder workers! I lost my phone on Sunday unfortunately and came in to see about a replacement and Logan was amazing! His promotion on the iPhone 15 Plus for $5.99 a month was too hard to pass up! By adding a line to my account I was able to save money and get an amazing deal on the phone! FIRST REVIEW OF 2024! I am extremely happy with the customer service that Logan has provided me and my family. He is phenomenal every step of the way, every single time! I had an insurance issued handset and could not get it activated so I took it to my boy Logan, low and behold he worked his magic and I can make/take calls now! He was so patient and talked to the customer service agent for me! When the time came he hooked me up with a case, screen protector, and a popsocket! He put the screen protector and case on for me! They set up my business phone and transferred all of my information for me and everything every step of the way! I will be back to see them if I ever need anything ! Logan and Cassie are amazing! Dynamic duo at its finest! These kids are so talented and took great care of me and my wife. Logan ordered our phones with a special BOGO deal on the iPhone 14s. We ported from T-MOBILE and we're able to keep the same phone number! We switched from Android to Apple and Logan switched everything over for us seamlessly! We didn't do anything and he did everything cir us with a great deal on accessories! Even putting our screen protectors on for us!
