Customer service at McCoy's is fantastic! I don't plan on shopping at Home Depot ever again! McCoy's has such a nice, organized store that's with not too big but has everything I need.

I needed to find something to repair a damaged dresser foot and the gentleman who helped me spent at least 10 minutes finding exactly the right screw and it cost me 67 cents! :) THAT'S the kind of customer service you rarely see!

Absolutely sets the bar for customer service and quality. If I never had to visit one of the big box stores again, I’d be happy with Montgomery McCoys!

They had exactly what I needed! Open early so contractors and customers can start the day in a timely fashion, and they had PLENTY OF EMPLOYEES, that are nice and very helpful!! The manager himself helped me. I had stopped at 3 different places, which still weren't open at 7:30am, and when I got to McCoy's, I was impressed by the quality of products, the selection, and the fact that they were open when all the others weren't even starting to open yet!!! They saved me time, which to some folks is more important than money!

This place has become my place to shop for my hardware and lumber needs. Entire staff from cashiers to yard workers are knowledgeable and friendly. Only wish they had pin nails. Give them a try and you will forget about Home Depot. There is always someone to help you find something or answer a question.

Visit to McCoy's this morning. My cashier was Deb. Very pleasant very helpful with my order making sure it was correct. All employees very helpful asking to help, you feal like they enjoy working here. World of defereance from Lowes or home depot. Hayden filled my order in yard, good job. Good crew James.

We ordered wood to be delivered. Carson, the delivery driver, was very professional and personable. I appreciated dealing with a young person who is a hard worker and good attitude. Definitely will use McCoys for our future building needs.

What a fantastic addition to our community . This place has it all and the prices are right .It will save me a trip Into Conroe . Grand opening week October 9th through 14st with bargains, prizes and gift with purchase.

My “go to” store for building materials in Montgomery for my handyman business. It’s under excellent management. The team is helpful and treat me like family. The inventory is great. Can’t ask for more. Thanks guys, great job!

I’ve been shopping at McCoy’s since I moved to Montgomery three years ago. They have been nothing but kind and helpful to me and my husband. Plenty of times we have made mistakes on items we’ve needed and they’ve taken them back (with a receipt). There’s only been a few things we couldn’t buy because they just don’t sell it, which is not a big deal. I will always return to their store. Thanks for being awesome <3

We recently bought a weed eater from MCCoys and they where incredibly great in customer service area. Not only did they do all the warranty stuff for us but they put gas and string in it made sure it cranked and stayed running for us. Made sure we had no questions. Always great customer service when we go in.

Shopped the first time there today. Outstanding customer service (Drew), good prices and good selection. Shopping in this store was like stepping back in time to when merchants took pride in their shops, offered good selections and made you feel like you were at home. Highly recommend.
