Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center

I have had hearing aids for years and Laura has taken care of me all that time. She is wonderful and listens to my concerns. She and all the staff are very friendly and compassionate to everyone. When I have had issues they got me in right away. Highly recommend this Miracle Ear office to anyone who is making that big step of getting their first hearing aids

I love Lisa she's very friendly informative just an overall great person. She listens to my concerns and adjust my hearing aids and has been very helpful in getting new batteries in my hearing aids. I love all the new different hearing aids that they have I love my pair they are a perfect fit and work very well. The receptionist said the desks are very informative and very pleasant. Miracle ear has changed my quality of life 10 Fold. I see Steve at this location and he is super nice and professional. He has gone above and beyond on every situation I have. The front desk is always very pleasant and they usually have water and coffee if you are thirsty. Please do yourself a favor and visit them if needed.

I have been seeing Laura for my hearing loss for several years. I also have a friend that I bring for her hearing loss. We are both grateful for the help she has given us. She is willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to see that we get the best possible result. She even takes time to remove the wax from my friends ears. We believe we are getting the the best treatment and it is always service with a smile.

Had my first hearing appointment with Lisa on Thursday in Cedar Rapids. The location of the Miracle Ear in Cedar Rapids was very convenient for me as I just needed to walk across the parking lot to get there. From scheduling to checking in at the store things went very smoothly. Lisa thoroughly explained the hearing test that I was going to take and put me at ease. Although my tests didn't indicate that I needed hearing assistance I have a hearing baseline and will be back in two years to have my hearing rechecked.

Our experience at this facility was exceptional in every way: the knowledgeable staff, the hearing clinician, and the hearing aids themselves could not have been better! We are SO pleased!!
