Fazoli's

The entire staff is simply amazing they're genuinely kind & concerned about there customers wants & needs. They provide great service by actually having a waiter or waitress bring your food to your table. It's the best fast food pizza chain that I've been to so far!

This Italian place is one of the best out there. Thier bread sticks are amazing!! They do have more Americanized Italian fare than Olive Garden but the taste is just as good!

Good food, reasonable prices and amazing bread sticks. A solid choice for Italian. Family favorite. It has been closed a few times when they were supposed to be open though

Perfect quick pasta meal. Went through the drive through and while it did take a little longer than other fast food, I also enjoyed watching them make the food. As someone that works in food service, I was pleased to see that everyone was wearing gloves, hats and aprons. One of the women that was putting pasta together looked over at me and smiled. This was nice to see because she didn't look miserable. I told the woman that was working the window that I enjoyed watching them work and they were doing a great job. I feel like people need to remember that this place isn't a 5 star, authentic Italian experience, it is a quick service restaurant. Very pleased with the quality of food for the price, but even happier with the attitudes of the staff. Great job y'all!

The food was really good! 6 of us. We all got something different and everyone enjoyed it. Their prices are really really good as well. Plus the new “The Cheesecake Factory” triple Chocolate Cake was SUPER good! 10/10. (BTW- I’m not a bread stick person, but let me tell ya, they have some pretty dang good ones!)

I haven't been here in years and just as good as I remember. Cashier/ server Aarionna was friendly. I had a regular fettuccine and slice of cheese pizza, but my favorite were their famous Breadsticks.

One of the best pizzas around, they went above and beyond for it, it was wonderful.

Good food at a decent price definitely try it out.

The chicken parmesan is delicious. The breadsticks were perfectly made. The service was great, and quickly made.

I've visited here almost every Tuesday with my two kids for last 15 years to enjoy $1 Kids menu special. Service is always awesome with fresh bread sticks. When there was a mistake in my order, they brought the correct dish without complaining and even allowed me to keep the wrong item for free.

By far my favorite fast food/sit down restaurant. Whether I want something quick, or want to sit for a while this is the place I go. Service is always great. Jerry served me today at the window and was very polite, and greeted me. Not every drive thru acknowledges/greets you, so this is a big thing!

We love Fazoli's and they are hard to find in our neck of the of the woods in NC. We saw the sign and had to give them a try. We had the $5.00 lunch deals and chose our own pasta. We enjoyed it very much. They have some of the best bread-sticks ever. Our food arrived to our table hot and fresh. Give them a try for Italian food, fast!

I enjoyed the $6 lunch special. One of the bread sticks looked like someone stepped on it, but it tasted fine. The kitchen sends out a lot of food on plates, I would hate to have to wash them all... but there is less trash created, so they get credit for that.

Honestly, the food was terrific, but I ordered through door dash. They forgot over half my order and I had to go get the rest they forgot. Unfortunately, the ice was nearly melted from the drinks, and the hot food was getting cold. Not really fazolis fault, but don't do it through door dash.

Just left there great food good service!! I did feel a little rushed at the counter the menu is a lot to take in but the food was amazing and the staff was busy cleaning and cooking while talking it was good work you could tell!!! Very pleasant experience in this not so pleasant world!

Upon entering Fazoli's, my party was kindly greeted at the door by a smiling employee. At that moment, I could already tell that this dining experience would be positive. As we looked on at the menu, the attentive cashier offered suggestions that ended up being the majority of what we ordered. The $5 lunch deal is the best bang for your buck around town while still receiving a quality meal. I personally ordered the ravioli with a spicy tomato and pepper sauce along with a slice of pepperoni pizza. As we sat and waited for our food, we enjoyed classical Italian music that gave us the sensation of sitting in a fine restaurant enjoying a sunny day in the beautiful city of Florence. Not before long our food arrived and at that moment my life changed forever. I chose to first indulge in the ravioli and was taken aback by the authentic taste and genuine Italian cuisine that had been placed before me. As I took my second bite, my senses recalled to a time when my grandmother made ravioli for our annual family outing. As an Italian family, we take great pride in foods that represent true Italian cuisine, and Fazoli's was without a doubt one of the most delightful meals I have ever had. Once I finished my ravioli, I moved onto the pizza which was a masterpiece to say the least. The crust was perfectly buttered with a garlic coat and cooked to perfection. As I ate this slice of pizza, I felt as if I was sitting inside my uncle Tony's pizzeria, the most authentic pizza in the Midwest (as voted by Reader's Digest magazine back in 2004). Meanwhile, during the entire meal, the employee who was tasked with bread stick distribution had figuratively made it rain on my group of friends. As we basked in this golden shower of warm and fluffy heaven, we realized that we had reached a new threshold of satisfaction. We promptly stood up and decided the restaurant, but not before grabbing one last batch of bread sticks for the road. As I sit here writing this review, I clutch my bread stick in hopes that I will one day return to Fazoli's and once again experience pure bliss as I did today.
