Jack in the Box

It is 2am, we just got off a long day at work and Kerri took our order. So friendly, and sweet, and had such a positive vibe. Great customer service, especially at this hour. She even had a quick friendly conversation. We left with a smile on our faces and were happy we chose this Jack-n-the-box. Today I had some of the best food I've had from Jack n the box. The burger was great and the tacos superb, whomever is putting the salsa on them keep it up. Best tacos ever.

I drive from Pottsboro past the Denison Jack in the Box to the Jack in the Box on Texoma Pkwy in Sherman because it has always been a pleasant experience! Keep up the good work!

I got here a few minutes after they closed the dining room. Since we're in a big rig we couldn't go through the drive through. An employee was taking a smoke break in the parking lot. When he heard my predicament he called into the cashier and let me order food from the window. Then he said he knew we must be tired from driving all day and told me to just sit in the bobtail and he'd bring my order to us. Nicest person I've met in at least a month. Thank you, Jack in the Box. I wish I caught his name because he deserves recognition.

They were so helpful, and they didn't bat an eye when we ordered 20 tacos to go. Everything was delicious and just as ordered. 50 additional tacos were ordered while we were waiting, and everything kept going smooth as could be, while the employees all kept smiles on their faces the entire time.

Got the ultimate cheeseburger 🍔 with sour dough bread everything was good but they charged extra for any dipping sauce guess times are hard. the guy with the missing teeth at the counter was excellent great attitude towards the customers. The bathrooms where very dirty could use some cleanup. It was a okay visit

I almost always use the drive through these days, so I'm not that familiar with the inside anymore. In the late night-early morning hours, it can take time for them to get your food ready, but its because they are cooking it right there, after you order it. Great place to buy a great breakfast. Just allow yourself some time and patience because they are making it fresh.

Overall, my experience was pretty good. The drive-thru was slammed so it did take extra time for us to be greeted and helped... but that's too be expected during a rush.. The food and service were both really good tho!

Omg there is lady names "Kerry" that works the drive through window who is so sweet... As soon as I pulled up to order I immediately loved her sweet kind voice over the intercom and wasn't let down by how kind she was at the window paying making sure I had everything I needed and wished me a good night and to be safe!!!
She definitely makes me love this jack-n-the box from all the others and most definitely will make this one my favorite place to come.. thank you so much for your kindness Miss Kerry

I tend to visit (7-7:30am) after work in the morning or at my lunch (1-2am) so usually not a big line. Always have friendly people and freshly cooked food. Prices aren't too bad. I enjoy coming here.

I wish I would have taken a picture of our food! That would have to be the first time our food has looked good and just like the picture. Good price as well. The lady taking our order knew what she was doing. Our drinks from the drink machine, wasn't watered down. Tasted like it came out of a bottle or can.

We usually stop here when we’re headed out of town. I can’t think of a time when I didn’t have a good experience at this location. The ordering process is quick and precise and the employees at the drive thru window are always so cheery. Thanks Jack in the Box team for showing us good customer service can be found in some places!!!

I shouldn't have to always check my order to make sure it's correct EVERY SINGLE TIME.
I ask for 1 thing I either get something else or nothing at all this is the 6th time my order has been mixed up do better guys please. If I'm waiting long at least get the order correct Damn!
Ive been back to this location several times and each time my order was correct fresh and the server was pleasant thats how you go from 2 starts to a 5 star .

I don’t know who the woman is that was working the register today 1/18 at 2:15 pm but she was excellent and funny. She should work at this location more often as I never see her there and I frequent this location. Best service I’ve had there!

Kerry (who I believe is a manager) is usually the one who takes our order. It may take some time for our order to be ready, but it is ALWAYS hot and fresh.

Very clean when we arrived and food was made promptly and delicious as always. The customer service was great as well even though their system was down for a few minutes they still managed to prepare our food without a hitch.

Since this place is open 24/7, it's wonderful knowing that I can get a breakfast burrito on my way to work without having to wait for another place to open. The prices are decent and the food is worth the buck. The staff are friendly and you never wait very long for your food at all.

I'm a truck driver. There is parking for about 5 truck and trailers. And an additional 3 or 4 bobtails. I've never ate here. Bathrooms are ok. But......... the coffee in the convenience store is the best ever. And refills are only .97
