We just signed on with Farmer’s, bundling our home and car insurance policies. I worked with Kaitlyn Chambers and it was absolutely the best experience I have ever had buying insurance. She worked very hard to offer us the best possible rates for the policies we needed here on our farm and also with our autos. From beginning to end it was a wonderful experience. Kaitlyn is very knowledgeable in her field, prompt in getting questions answered and we experienced quick call backs. She is very detail oriented with great communication skills which is a must in the Insurance business. And... on top of all that she has a SUPER personality! So I give my 5 star rating because of her and the rates we were able to lock into.

These ladies are awesome. They help me insure my home,3 vehicles and even commercial. They are always eager to assist me and go above and beyond. But to know some ones heart see if they are there in your time of need. A few years back our dryer (of all things) caught on fire late one night. We were blessed it didn't get out of hand and everyone was safe. But yep these ladies were there to walk us through the process, and put our house back to new. But that's not the best thing they've done. Last year as many of you know canton was hit hard by 5 yes that's right 5 tornadoes at the same time. Things were pretty crazy during these moments not knowing when and where they would hit. But with in 5 minutes of the all clear i received a text from them, asking if we were ok. wow .....they Truly care about there customers

Such a great group-Leticia and family are always available to answer my questions. Even though I live in Dallas, it's like they are next door!! I switched from State Farm and saved a bundle!
