My first experience with Nicole at Montgomery Insurance Group was obtaining a general liability quote for my business after my former insurance agency increased my premium by about 40% in one year! Nicole not only beat the price on my original policy, she got me MUCH better coverage for a better price!

Nicole asked if we'd be interested in getting a quote on our home and auto insurance. I really didn't think she would be able to do anything for us as we've been with the same insurance company for 13 years and no one had beaten their price yet, but I obliged and allowed her to quote it. I was shocked! She saved us $300 per year! What I love about Nicole's service is it was turn-key. We didn't have to cancel any policies and all the information was spoon-fed to us. She did it all! It could not have been any easier! AND she will search out the best rates again prior to our policy renewal date to make sure we are still getting the best coverage for the best price!

Beyond 5 Star Service! I cannot express how pleased I am with Nicole Newman of Montgomery Insurance Group. She took the time to shop many of their underwriters to find a policy that gives our family the same level of home and auto coverage we had with one of the big companies but saved us hundreds per year. Nicole explained everything about the policies and has always been available to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend!!

My home and auto been insured with one of the well-known large agencies, I was completely happy with the company and my policies; however, my premiums on my home continue to climb. I contacted Nicole searching for comparable coverage at a lesser price. Imagine my surprise when Nicole was able to SIGNIFICANTLY reduce my premium while maintaining my level of coverage. Nicole was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and very prompt in her responses. Montgomery Insurance Group is top notch! We have used them to insure several types of properties. Nici is always fast to deliver quotes and very knowledgeable in the coverage being offered to make sure you are getting the best deal.

They are no longer there. But calling the phone number got me a wonderful broker who got me great rates on auto and home insurance. She might be moving back to this space.

If you want the most horrible service and rudest staff deal with MIG . They refused to give me my own company's policy information until my attorney communicated with them . Not only this but they refused to return prepaid monies that was paid illegaly from my personal company to another company . Im so surprised they have 4.8 stars !!!
